This is basically Corrupt-A-Wish borg style.
One person posts about a borg and wishes it a positive attribute, example:I wish Sapphire Knight had the health of Sirius.

The next person must grant the wish, then ruin it somehow. After so, it is his turn to wish. Example: Granted, but it depletes faster than vampire knights health and can't be regained. I wish "Place Wish Here"

I wish Sirius had rare colors.

I wish that Shadow Girl was worth a damn.

Granted, Shadow Girl's attacks are instant, unavoidable, and will utterly destroy any borg. However, due to balance reasons, her very existence was erased.

I wish that forces consisting only of death borgs be allowed to play a maximum of three death borgs at a time.

I wish that Death Eye could actually possess things like his bio says.

Granted, but the possessed borg's speed, attack, defense, and shot are now reduced to 1.
I wish shadow borgs were easier to find.

Granted, you will find fifty of them on each stage, but are not able to acquire any.

I wish ICBM tank was immune to it's own ICBM's explosion.

I wish that for the bar showing how much GF energy your team still had, part of it would flash to show how much of that your current borg uses.

example: If my team still had 1000 points left and I was using Titan Tank, that the 620 points that he is worth would be flashing on that bar of the 1000 I have left.

I wish there were 205 more unique borgs.

Granted. The story is now a tale of how cheese grows mold. Gotcha Force is renamed "Moldy Cheese - Interactive".

I wish there was a Death Force version of Antares.

Granted, but he has only 1 in defense and 100 HP.

I wish Galactic Emperor was controllable.

Granted, but he now only has one attack, that does 1 damage, only has one bullet with terrible accuracy, and takes three minutes to reload.
I wish rare colored copymen appeared more in "defeat the copyman unit" and were obtainable.

I wish melee borgs could run faster or jump higher so they would actually be worth using.
