Check out this chair i made... Would you sit on it? Sounds like a stupid question right? But I'm asking this because 2 people have already said they would.

Less talk, more sit I'd say to those two.

Less talk, more sit I'd say to those two. I would let them do it as it would be funny but if they do sit on the chair they might break the spikes. The chair has yet to be examined. The spikes are only made out of plain A4 paper that has been bent into shape, painted over and then stuck onto the wooden stool. They are strong but not strong enough to handle a person sitting on them.

You would do well in Hollywood. Yeah i'd save them a lot of money by making cheap props rather then them buying expensive ones xD

Now that I know that the spikes are fake, I would, but only if there were no other chairs around.

you should try making wooden spikes for only the top, because no one will sit on the side spikes whoa njayhuang, i never noticed how much resemblance there is between drill man and drill robot ... i jist saw your sig. did you make it by yourself?

The side spikes still make it look cooler. A couple hours of googling and photoshop created the sig, though the original idea was with Drill Robot and DrillMan. The others aren't as good.

lol Drill Robot Spikes, i could actually do that but my teachers would want to know why i did that and i don't have any good reason.
Also, those spikes may only be made out of paper but they are rock hard. Like my... Actually better not say anything ;D

but the cones would still break if sat on. do you think you could replace the spikes on top with more durable ones? A couple hours of googling and photoshop created the sig, though the original idea was with Drill Robot and DrillMan. The others aren't as good. and instead of demon samurai, i think you should try beam samurai and protoman... if it's not too much trouble... ;D

How do you get the paper to be hard?
off-topic: Beam Samurai and...Protoman? I'm working on Neo G and Proto since they both have the rushing-forward-with-a-sword pose, but it'll take a while 'til that gets done.

Also Spike Knight and Knight Man, but not as strongly. And I'm sure it's been brought up by now, but...Acceleration Ninja and Sonic the Hedgehog.

^ very true about AN and sonic, but Sonic's not from Capcom, he's from Sega.
njayhuang: yeah, i think that neo g and protoman is much better... (yay! more photoshop!)

Not too familiar with NapalmMan, but I'll give it a shot. And I don't have a Spike Knight picture, so that's probably not going to happen.

^ very true about AN and sonic, but Sonic's not from Capcom, he's from Sega. I knooooow. It's bound to be an affectionate parody/homage, though. I mean, just LOOK at him, there's no way it's not a reference. Not too familiar with NapalmMan, but I'll give it a shot. megaman.wikia.com/wiki/Napalm_Man There you go. Seriously, replace Isaac's claws with missiles and make him a bit more cartoony, and bam, Napalm Man. Also, to avoid deviating away from the topic even further, HOLY LORD is that chair intimidating, fake or no.

I painted onto the paper to make it go solid and at the bases of the spikes i added news paper and PVA glue.
