I would if it weren't for the fact that I am a poor busy college student. If there is one game that I am going to buy it is the new Golden Sun.

Maybe this one will be interesting for six minutes. So cynical/skeptical these days, doggy. Or am I confusing you with someone else? anyways, I was thinking about posting about it too! I might buy it, maybe for me (because my first scribblenauts is gone) or for a little twerp i know it does seem interesting.

Put it this way: there is only so much enjoyment that can be gained by attempting three puzzles, summoning C'thulhu, then nuking everything. Cthulhu being "irritated" and the nuclear missile being "paisley" can't really extend the appeal.

I'm befuddled that a game such as this gets a sequel and not Gotcha.

You could always actually use the system to spawn a plethora of things and see how far you could push the system. If you are going to just do the same thing again and again you are just propagating your own displeasure. You have no reason to complain if you are trying to not like it. And take into consideration that you could always set conditions for youself like you do in every other video game. And Gotcha force isn't that hard. If you really think about it all you need is G Red, Beam Gunner, and Blue Striker. Barring a few redundant hours of play you are done with the game as soon as you get those three.

You could always actually use the system to spawn a plethora of things and see how far you could push the system. I did. Unfortunately, several puzzles in, it soon became clear my elaborate plan to use a ladder, a handgun, a rope and a cat to clear a stage wouldn't work, and that I could just spawn another jetpack and be done with banging my head against the dictionary for half an hour. I tried rather hard to like it, but in the end, after being genuinely fun for about five minutes it became very samey, and when it wasn't samey it honestly felt like I only succeeded because I had thrown a load of stuff at the puzzle and the physics had decided that it worked this time so I ended up spawning C'thulhu then never ever played it again. Oh, and just a pet peeve of mine: plethora doesn't mean "a lot"; it means "too much".

Seems like you either love or hate Scribblenauts... Except maybe me :3 I like it in small doses, not to mention it made a great distraction for my little cousins
