Victory Baron. There are more shenanigans to pull with someone who can turn into a plane than someone who is more constricted to the ground. Plus he's purple.

Victory Baron. I think both Baron's and Duke's transformations suck, but a sucky jet is better than a sucky tank.

Baron would be slightly handier in a more serious fight, or more fun for the chase if there's flying Borgs about, but overall both are good since you never really should need to rely on transformations.
