Yes! After months of waiting I was able to send my broken PSP in and they "fixed" it (in reality they just replaced it with a new one). It also came with a 90 day warrenty which is good. The only big downside is that it cost $90 to fix which is not nearly as much as buying a new one but still set me back a little. Now all i have to worry about is getting all the downloaded content back but I'll figure it out. My DS is still broken but I can wait untill the 3DS comes out to get a new one.
