That I! Antares_Commander! ... Do not in any way, shape, or form, have any right to make. Not even in a million years. None at all. Someone help me find a gigginox avatar, at least until I decide which megaman avatar I want. I am particularly interested in this gallery for my mmz avatar. ancode.deviantart.com/But that is for me to learn how to put it in myself and ask the creator of the art if I can even use it. How do you insert an avatar anyways? I'm clueless.  Again, I really have no right to make this request. |

Ask artist for permission, then right click > save image as
Resize it so that it doesn't exceed 100x100 pixels.
Upload to Photobucket.
Go to GFF, then Profile > Modify Profile
Scroll down to Avatar URL then paste the url from photobucket. The correct url should look something like http://i392.photobucket.com/albums/pp6/njayhuang/Web%20stuff/saitoendbyrecuerdo.gif
Go down to Avatar Width and Avatar Height and put in the dimensions.
Scroll down to Modify Profile.
You're done! Play some Gotcha or something to celebrate!
As for a gigginox avvie, I think you would be better off asking a Monster Hunter board.

Asking for permission to use an image as an 100x100 avatar on a message board is something I can't think is an absolutely vital thing to do. I can't imagine any artist being that stingy, especially since the original source is already linked to in the request post, but if it makes you feel at ease, please do. It'll make the artist happy knowing his/her art is appreciated if nothing else.  As for a gigginox avvie, I think you would be better off asking a Monster Hunter board. ...or google/Photobucket search it.  |
