Well it seems my DS decided to quit yesterday. For about a week the sound from it stopped working and now the whole system doesn't want to work. Whenever I try to turn it on the power light comes on for a few seconds then turns off. I don't know if any of you guys can help but it would be nice.
I definitely know that the warranty has expired so I won't be able to get a new one by that means. Actually I have been considering whether or not to get a new DS at all, since my PSP broke down, and there is not really any games coming out for the DS I want. But if I did get one then it would probably be a DSi.
Okay, complaining rant over.

You sure it's not a battery issue again? Have you dropped the DS? Have you spilled any liquid on it?
If it's just a faulty battery, maybe someone could replace it.

Unless it was a used one he bought. On top of that, I saw what kind of battery it used. You can only get it online.

I know I haven't spilled any liquids on my DS Maybe it is a faulty battery, it wouldn't explain the problems i had with the sound a week ago though.

First your PSP and now your DS
If your gonna get a new one i'd say go for the DS Lite. It may not support SD Cards or take pictures and all that but it can play GBA Games.

True, but there isn't really any GBA games that interest me anymore, but I'm considering buying a PSP first then a DS, Lite, DSi. But I'll keep that in mind.

Soon, I will have a DSiXL, but only because I can afford it. In light of that, only get the DSi if you can afford it.
