How often do you encounter rare Borgs?

Not much, I just go through each playthrough completing them normally and they unexpectedly appear. So far, the only ones I can remember are the 1 of the 5 pieces of a Crystal Death Head and Crystal Cyber Dragon.

They almost never appear for me. I have a silver death bomb and a shadow quick valkerie, and crystal accel ninja, arrow ninja, and omicron.

I've encountered quite a few rare Borgs during my new first and second playthrough.

Proof that either:

A: My old file were in some corrupted, and thus couldn't spawn them correctly.
or
B: The "fact" that rare Borgs has a high spawning rate in higher playthroughs is misconceived. It's actually the other way around.
