Favorite Borg

I've most probably posted here twice. Recently. I've been using Cyber Hero quite a bit. He's a difficult hero to use. However, as I've been practicing and grinding. I've cleared half the story now, with him leading the force I use, and rarely losing him in the full fights. He's super melee heavy. His xcharge just fills combos to the max, and I've figured out his gimmicky melee attack sequence.

For example. If you try air kicking or melee attacking someone out of your range and move towards them,tapping the button will reengage the animation and attack cycle. It was annoying at first, but now I use it to cover distance faster. Especially since all his melee attacks have a distance of a dash. (except for that amazing Air dash kick. It's like Dynamic entry from Naruto. He's flipping super man.)

EDIT OF EXTREME CRAZE: OH MY GOODNESS. MINUTES AFTER I FINISHED MAKING HTIS. I was using cyber Hero, and I did the landing combo. Which is the uppercut. I hit the jump button and it extends the combo! Into a Lion's barrage from Naruto as well! Like WOAH It's an extension and it gives boosted jump! I'll do some recording here shortly.

I think Cyber Hero is easily the character with the most moves in this game, so he's amazingly fun to mess around with

I may potentially try to beat the game with JUST Cyber hero. I've achieved this with A team of Revolver gunmans. 75% 1 15% 2 gunmans 10% all 3 gunmans. I've solo'd with pure G-red. Just him, and for Lols G-black.

But cyber hero just intrigued me the whole time I've every played Gotcha force. If I was ever a Borg Commander. I'd have a cyber hero. I'd be the cyber commander. Cyber Hero, Cyber Ninja and Cyber Gunman. (and cyber girl I liked her for a while #genderlock) He's been so much fun to use like you said. For a while, he was fun, but didn't carry his weight. I trained I BECAME THE CHAMPION. Now Cyber hero carries more weight in my team, I can't play without him anymore. And he's a perfect cost for me. Because I can back him up with a Billy/gunman or Vlad/Vampire really early in the story, and for ~1030 GFE. Cheap team, with a great spread. Especially since Cyber Hero is practically Goku


Inb4 Dyro becomes Goku and programs himself into the Gotcha force universe.

This should be in the most annoying borg thread. ;D Just kidding. I always get frustrated fighting those things. Mostly because I've never had any luck using them. Looks fun though.

I've recently fallen for Kung-Fu Master.
I know he isn't the most popular borg, but consider this post a recommendation to give him a 2nd chance.
His air dash is essentially horizontal with little loss in altitude. Plus, his aerial attacks have him zip towards the opponents I've had lots of success using him against Wing and Air borgs.
His damage isn't the best, but after playing him to level 8 I can see why. This is one of the most combo heavy bores I've played with, to the point where I've been able to juggle Cyber Mars to death without hyper mode. In fact, his aerial dash attack has such knockdown that he's able to bring any borg down to his level, often helping me shear at least 1,500 points off of the enemy team in the process.
And he only costs 260.
He's everything I wanted from the Ninja tribe.

I always found Kung Fu Master really fun with his rapid hits and cool, combo based style. He's not bad, but apparently he's even better than I thought.

I know what you mean.
With the AI behind him, I always thought he was just annoying.
When I first tried him it was like riding a token bicycle.
But once I started getting the hang of him it was loads of fun.
Like, that tornado spin move... I couldn't hit with that worth a damn. Then I realized that if you're in the air and under an opponent when you use it, you rise up and home in on them and knock them out of the sky. Awesome against fliers & great for juggling.

I actually like the little Roach borg it's hilarious yet you can annoy people with it but more importantly is that i had a ICBM tank once it was worth the trouble but i lost the game i wish i had the game to use the most overpowered borgs but oh well hope they can live on with others XD

I think my favorite Borg is Garuda, just cause his lore is so cool. Like he's fighting everyone, no matter who they are. And he looks badass.

Ice Valkrie (I don't bother with ice pillar much but random freeze and flight has saved my bacon multiple times.)
Sigma II (the best of the death force mooks)
Death Saucer (mobile fortress with really high accuracy)
Cosmic Dragon (I like the big dragons and Cosmic has the best aesthetics)
Panther Vehicle (He has been a mid-cost ace of mine for a while, not enough to use sigma II or Ice Valkrie plus a dragon or fortess? use panther vehicle, hes fast and efficient, more so than most tanks + hes blue)

He’s the best because everything is regular toy sized, but him and his kin are like soul of chogokin sized! Kou likes to flex about how much money his parents have to spend on him 😎

And that’s why Cyber Mars is the best.

Plus his dash animation is 👌👌👌 and you gotta love that goofy run cycle he has!
