 Ring Valkrie! I've been eager to talk about you for a while. I think Ring Valkrie gets a 9/10 personally. This is due to her ring projectiles being absolutely amazing. Even though her wingdashing is a bit more limited due to less shots, a Ring Valkrie in hyper mode is absolutely terrifying and you are not making it out unscathed, no matter what borg you are. Even outside of hyper mode, she's good. She has no real weaknesses (She isn't very bulky, but can take a couple hits unlike the rest of the Valkries) and has a modest cost of 280. Very good. Not as good as Quick/Slow Valkrie (we'll get to Slow later though), but very good. |

10/10. I admit i'm completely biased, but even then she's really a 8/10 at worst.
Love her design, love how her projectiles look, she's a flier so she's already got that going for her, she has decent HP, and to top it off i've had a Silver one of her since my second play through and got a Gold one as well.
Pretty much her only problem is that i can't find a good usage for her charge B. That'd probably knock a point off if i wasn't so biased, but alas.

Charge B is great for sweeping Death Borgs and roaches and stuff ... ...that's about it  I love my Gold Ring Valkrie, but I still don't feel like her projectiles do enough damage before she goes down. That's probably because I suck at dodging though, so 8/10  Throwback! :3 I used to play Gotcha Force on a really crappy TV. I have since upgraded slightly, but not by much. Either way, because the resolution was so poor I would always misread Ring Valkrie. For a few years, I thought that her name read King Valkrie. I thought it was weird that the king had such lovely hips, but I figured he was just like that. I mean, he sort of had a crown after all... One of my friends was listening to me talk about something that happened in a match, and when I mentioned King Valkrie they got really confused... = how I learned about my mistake in one of the most embarrassing ways. |
