8/10. Air Dash, Charge B, Air Dash more, ChargeB...you get the point.
Fast enough with Airdashes to outrun most things that would get close and dodge things from borgs that don't get close, and Charge-B is one of the most infuriating projectiles to deal with in the game. It also really packs a wallop.
Only 8/10 because he has no hope in a few key matchups (Anything I give a 10 is probably going to beat Hatchet Knight without taking damage) but steamrolls pretty much anything worse than him.
