One of the better support borgs out there; I'm a big fan of support borgs who can still hold their own in combat.

6/10. Just call him Jump and Shoot Man, because that's all he does. Average B shot, and his wire shot isn't particularly useful except maybe for moving slow/immobile allies (if that works). He's got good HP for his cost though.

I like the wire.
I like how it can be used to pin an opponent.
How it can be used to drag an aerial borg out of the sky.
How it can be used to send an annoying dude to the far end of the map so you have a moment of peace, allowing you and your ally an opportunity to waste their friend.
But his damage output is so low. It's so low.
His melee attacks get in the way if someone is in your face, but his only move that give him space is the wire.
I like the wire, I'm just not fond of the rest of him.
