I Want doughnuts. Powdered Doughtnuts  Powered gunman LOSES everything that made revolver gunman good. Less flexibility, mobility, and a TERRIBLE Xshot, That xshot is worse than horn drill. You practically have to have your 4 barrels in the borgs face to hit with almost two of the shots. Maybe 3. He's a dragon killer though. The X is good for that. All the shots land. And the X charge carries that distance too. It's better for this borg to hang his hat, than to pay the full 350 when his hatless brother is 100 cost and times better. (exaggeration.) |

His B shots deal double damage compared to Revolver Gunman so that's pretty good. X is generally horrible. Charge X I don't remember being too bad, but it's outclassed by Revolver Gunman's imo. Not bad 7/10.

According to the Move List FAQ, Revolver Gunman and Billy do 8 damage per shot, while Powered Gunman does 16.
