At 210 GFE, he needs to stack up to the likes of Orange Fighter and other ~200 GFE borgs. From my experience, Double Ninja is about the same as Normal Ninja in terms of usefulness. Same basic attacks, shuriken, and bombs. Whenever I use the cloning attack, he stays frozen in place long enough for it to be just barely intolerable. Another downside is that the clone dies just from getting hit while in the air.

I'd say he still has his good mobility and moves, but he's not better than Normal Ninja, despite how fun it is to use him

Clone ability is not nearly as useful as it sounds. Basically a more expensive Normal Ninja 7/10
