7/10 its a very good borg, a very easy borg to obtain but the problem is that he will always be compared to its bigger brother.

Good mobility, low cost, decently strong, fun projectiles, combos and more combos

sucks against anything flying though haha BUT IT DOESNT MATTER HE COSTS 150
but he can take down higher-cost borgs so that's really good. Tanks and machine borgs I'd say he can match them. Normal ninja loses to close-range borgs and beam spam borgs. He's good when he fights other average-style borgs like machines.

competitively, he's usually a space-filler. He's top when it comes to "fun borgs" but the serious borgs can overwhelm him without getting a scratch. But hey when compared to the rest of the cast, I respect and love this guy

Most Probably one of the most well built borgs for his cost /next to sasuke, but that's a given. He's the Cheapest borg I've cleared the Dragon's Den mission with solo. Well built, fast melee, decent range. The Bomb also helps with combo placement. Quick, Easy to use, easy to get. Even the rare versions of it are easy to grab.

Great borg. And Kakeru definitely runs it very well. He's one of the least bothersome partners to work with. (the worst being Nekobe Because he has to chop everything EVERYTHING, and I'm a melee heavy character.)
