easy one 10/10, above average melee attack power, average range attack power, extremely agile, 180HP and only 150GFE. 10/10 cause its half the price that its performance may suggest.

I wouldn't say he's 10/10 material, but he's certainly very good. I give him a 9. He is quite agile and has a great projectile game thanks to bombs, but there are borgs that are around his cost or even lower that are more agile, though since he does have a decent amount of health along with his agility I give him a 9 whereas I'll probably give Normal Ninja an 8 or a 7.
His dash attack is also a million times better than Normal Ninja's.
Probably top 30 in the game against a human player, though like many agile borgs, he's useless against buster lasers, large shots, and most of the borgs who are faster than him.

One of the few Commander borgs that gets a different attack compared to their counterpart. He has a spin to win move! Super versatile character, but I rate him lower because his hp and defense suffer greatly. Super speedy, decent offense. It's not spectacular mind you. There are death borgs I usually slap on in a force during a story run for his price or less. He was probably the first commander borg I wanted though and got.

Being 150 GFE has it's props, but Sasuke is honestly one of the borgs I use for fun. His aerial dash attack is worse than Normal Ninja's because it can't combo, even if it keeps you in the air (so it takes even longer to kill things). Aerial mobility is still top notch for 150 GFE, but loses out to lasers. Shuriken and bombs are pretty standard for projectiles; shuriken are fun because of the increased homing but I still have difficulty hitting with either of them. Usually throw those things out just to give my opp something to keep an eye on. Shuriken are amazing in story mode, though. Plus the bomb can be used in combos

Spin2Win is hilariously fun to use, but missing with that feels horrible. Still the main reason to use him, though xD

I'd consider the Red Flash to be less useful than his generic counterpart, so 7/10

What am I missing about Normal Ninja's dash attack that everyone else seems to know?

If you do the dash attack from the air, Normal Ninja comes in and does a single slash that puts smaller, grounded opponents in stun. This stun lets you continue doing the attack, up to 5 times total before the opponent flies off in invincibility. I like to do the move 4 times before ending with a bomb, which grounds the opponent in invincibility rather than launching him, and then I continue comboing

That's not his dash attack, that's his landing attack.

But then there's no reason that Normal Ninja is better than Sasuke because they have the same landing attack.

There is a move that's different! You know how Sasuke has that one aerial move where he does a back-flip kick on the opponent? Doing that same command, Normal Ninja has the comboing move. Sasuke can't do the comboing move as far as I've tried.

He may be mobile, but a beam tank. ( might not be the right name) That one tank with those large laser beams that are hard to dodge normally. He can dodge those, and I coooould strafe at a ridiculous range. I'll clarify, He's great at what he was built for. I prefer other borgs. He did receive an above average score in my book though. Nothing stupendous. I'm pretty cruel when it comes to ratings though. Cons hit a borg hard. 10/10 is perfect borg. 6/10 is above average. Sasuke is above average. He's better than normal ninja with that spin move XP

I suppose this goes back to my Fire Emblem "Rate the unit" topic I made on this forum in that I find myself rating borgs strictly by how good they are, avoiding all bias (frankly, I hate Sasuke.), but not everyone does that so I try to make people do that for some reason.

Giving him an 8 for good speed and low cost. Power's low but if he actually had decent power he'd be way too good.
