I knew I had lots more options to add to the poll... For me, it's definitely Techno (Electronic) music.

Videogame music can also never go wrong, no matter what type.

videogame music is always good. For real music, I like rock/punk music, especially Hawk Nelson and Stellar Kart.

These days, I'm surprised to hear about people who don't like rock/metal.

I always thought that people like rap more than rock. Of course, I've been under a rock playing GF for the last couple of years.

[fanboy's denial]There haven't been any since the Dreamcast.[/fanboy's denial] I like all sorts, but music that's clever wins. Jonathan Coulton, They Might Be Giants, Spinal Tap, The Folksmen, that sort.

If you're serious, you'd better hope I never find you. Live and Learn was on Dreamcast. =P That's why I didn't quote the song names, just the bit about modern Sonic games.

Techno and hip-hop (Blame Chuck D and the Chem bro's). Fun stuff. Really bouncy. But i'll listen too anything that sounds good enough in either the lyrics department or the music department.
