When Attack On Titan gets a second season (they'd be pretty dumb to not make one at this point) I'll most likely be blogging about it. I'll probably have to build up most of my thoughts from scratch, though.

Getting your phone out actually isn't allowed in class where I go, and people hide their phones behind books anyway and text back and forth all class.

That was the same for me until about a few weeks ago. The shift was rather jarring, honestly.

People who want to be rude and not pay attention can drain their phone battery texting, and people who have an actual emergency or a sick relative or something can take out their phone and check on updates, check the time, etc.

Yeah, but at least it's discouraged if it's not allowed. There's quite a few on-the-fence people who'll take the opportunity if it's given to them, but otherwise try to follow the rules, I think. I don't even have a smart phone, I was on my laptop in a class where laptops were allowed (well if they weren't allowed I'd really look silly...)

I was more responding to this than to you, Steve. Even though Al didn't address me, the fact that he quoted it made me feel like I was at least being given the side glance :3 But now that I'm looking at it, it still makes sense as just a response to people in general being on the Internet in class. Oh, Internet communication

It doesn't count as anti-social if you're social with us right? right?
Anyway I've been watching an unhealthy amount of Breaking Bad the past few days. I must get off this emotional rollercoaster but it's so gooddddd.

Yea, Esdeath is pretty great, though she's prolly gonna end being killed I thought Chelsea was actually gonna survive, though... I liked her too... I knew Bols would die, but... He's such a nice guy at heart, you don't wanna lose him...

Psycho-Pass is insane- Kirito is the villain of its second season, in this case Kirito Kamui (Kill La Kill?). It's obviously not a crossover, but I think there are more similarities than just the name (which I have a sneaking suspicion is not even a real name anyway) - Same name and similar appearance - Neither officially exist (SAO Kirito is an online persona + he's an anime character anyway) - Both are self proclaimed 'heroes' existing in a highly technological environment built like a computer/game system. They both fight against this system, in both cases they are lone individuals rebelling against a system they believe is wrong and brainwashes people (at least in SAO's second arc) - Both 'fix' many an individual's (read: a female inspector in the third episode, though he helps males too) psychological issues through their raw 'charm' and ability to game the system for their own ends. - Both have devout yet mostly separate and niche followers who revere his abilities and respond with violence (or otherwise threats- GamerGate isn't specifically against SAO but the show itself is a fairly accurate representation of gaming right now, and the fans themselves can be defensive. We've all been on the internet long enough.) whenever he or their positions are challenged despite their self proclamations of being for justice. I really hope this show is going where I think its going. And here I was, worried that they'd never get another villain as good as Makishima. EDIT: Ok here I went more in depth. It doesn't add a huge amount of extra detail in the long run.

I've been watching Parasyte for a while now, and each episode is so thrilling I wish I had waited until it ended it's so good. Madhouse is always a great producer to look forward to. They took this 20 year old manga and totally presented it masterfully. You guys should watch it
