Xenoblade. Just got to Prison Island.
FIORAAAAAAAA!!!!! My heartstrings pulled. Also, totally called that was how the faced mechon weren't hurt by the Monado/that Metal Face is Mumkhar. Even though that hasn't been officially said, it's dead obvious now.

Xenoblade spoilers I'm fairly sure I've referred to Mumkhar before, right? I doubt I made it a secret when Mumkhar was announced to be in Smash Bros.
Anyway, Prison Island really is one of those big moments that this game loves to throw out, where stuff is constantly happening and plot twists are constantly thrown at you. A lot happens, and they really build up the encounter as you go through Makna forest and such. Anyway, you'll be going to Valek Mountain now right? Fun times ahead.

Err, no, I missed that completely if you did. As for "fun", if you mean getting beat up by a unique monster I'm required to fight, then yeah. Fun.

Valak Mountain is an oddball. The difficulty there goes off the charts for some reason. And once you leave... Everything becomes easier again. And if you're talking about what Al said, then yeah, that's the worst of it. Monado Shield. For some reason I wasn't getting CHANGE THE FUTURES against that boss, but his riduclous attack that does huge damage to the whole party is blocked by that art. If you see him charging you have enough time to quickly put Shield up. And if you haven't already, definitely lure out the other enemies in that area first, and rally your allies if they're being stupid and running in the lava.

I eventually just tanked that fight with Reyn, staying out of the way of my teammates so I get hit with everything. 10k HP ftw! Haven't used Shulk since Prison Island (and before then, since Makna.) I could be doing something wrong, but Shulk just hasn't been that useful. Also, I'm pretty sure I'm badly underleveled, because Mumkhar keeps dodging ALL my attacks. I'm level 42. He's 48. Why did the levels suddenly spike here? Before this it was...like, 40, max. If I need to level, that's fine. Just tell me if I need to level or if I just suck.

I think I was around level 42-44 there, I remember I was underleveled, too. You may just want to grind it out, at least a few levels, to stop most of the missing. I barely made it through that fight, but after that fight, things should tone down for a while, until a boss you'll face a while later.
I exclusively played Shulk, and despite the Monado and main chracter status, he isn't actually all that exceptional. He does, however, single-handedly hold teams together. In a way, he's like the Cleric/Monk of the team, best suited to just buffing and supporting the party. His damage is decent, but mostly there to inflict status stuff or charge the talent gauge. Speed makes characters temporarily nigh invincible, he gets rid of annoying auras, he can tank/draw aggro momentarily if the team starts going downhill, etc.. In chain attacks though, a leveled up Buster can do insane damage (great for bosses), and alone, it can severely damage any number of enemies in range, good to just end grunt fights quickly. too, and at certain points of the game soon you'll be facing some hoardes... My favorite thing about him is being able to 'warn' allies and choose any art at their disposal even if it was in cooldown, which can easily flip things over for just 1 team bar thing,
But that said, the beauty of the game is that pretty much any team you want to use has enough synergy together to be very powerful. Except AI Shulk is a little... Bad.

Guys, I don't mean to sound like I'm complaining, but has anyone seen my Gotcha Force video? I made it because I love the game and all of you. I made a JoJo reference and tribute a kill to a certain member. I also turned my friend on to the game with it.

Any character can warn allies. But yeah, I like how all the characters are good. I primarily use Reyn and Melia. But yeah, AI shulk is just bad.

I see no video here. On topic: i have beaten like every game i have /: im periodically playing kh 3d and trying to get all the dream eaters, and max out there board things, then i may try a run on proud or critical mode, with all my skills kept (mega flare everything ftw!)

Lugaru HD. . .
Also I beat the challenge level with the three wolves with almost no problem once I realized how useful an off-center leg cannon was.
Now if only my entire campaign progress hadn't been deleted!

I kind of liked that game until that one part early on where the game only became nothing but eerie to me... I played through it anyway in one sitting since the combat was interesting, but the wolves were frustrating and made me realize the combat was actually rock paper scissors. The sequel looks quite promising though.

Decided to beat the final boss of Persona Q using only Yu and Makoto. What a pair. I had Magatsu Izangai on Makoto for the dual Izangai pairing. It was pretty intense, and it took me forever. Now I need to get back to the actual reason I picked up Persona Q again and beat the game again so I can fight the Velvet trio. But I may just... duo the final boss like this again, only I'll be on Risky difficulty rather than hard. I'm not particularly confident that it can be effectively soloed, considering I had a tough time on hard when Makoto was level 98, one step away from max level.
Anyway, case 6 in Phoenix Wright has been taking a long time. I think I had to restart day 3 about three times already because I trust Ema too much. Maybe I just haven't fully caught on to the game's logic yet.

Finally playing Gotcha Force again after the devastating incident. Ill play it again when i get a tv... For now ill just keep emulating megaman bn2 on my laptop... (Ps its the best one in the series. The plot is... Well its there. The gameplay is fun, the areas are cool, your hp doesnt regen to full after each battle. The areas of the net look different. It added the style change, and has hubstyle, plus it still has the power ups, rather than the Stupid navi cust. And it got rid of the awful armor system from bn 1. Yep its my fav. )
