it feels like a mix between super mario world on SNES and super mario 3 on NES.

it is easy at first, but the difficult ramps up and i find myself dieing a lot, at least compared to todays games, especially mario galaxy.

the only problem i have with it is there are too many freemen. I have 60 something and im only on world 3. im guessing the abundant freemen is for multiplayer which is MUCH harder.

id say its the best mario platformer to date, the ability to play with your friends beats the hell out of all previous single player platformers. whether you like the 1 player over galaxy's 1 player is going to depend on how much you like side scrollers.

I've gotten it myself now, and having a blast with it.

Only thing, by Wii is louder than a jumbo jet taking off, so I can't concentrate while playing.
