well what i want to do is somthing i dont know how to do it. i think i will tidy up alts and normal but at the min i dont know how to do it. when i do il post what i want to do so that we (the people of gotcha force) can agree (or not) on whether we should do it. its a bit complex for me to explain. Wouldn't it be more efficient to, you know, explain what you want to do now? I One of us might even know how to do it. |

We don't need to know Runescape to discuss wiki formatting. At most we might need to look at a Runescape wiki's formatting for reference, but that's it. So you want to have a button in the box to cycle through the different colors of the Borg? That's not that complicated... sounding. Even put in Runescape terms it's a pretty simple idea to grasp... until the part where we try to do it.The only reasonable objection I see to this is that Dillybar won't be able to use the alt image to fill white space. And that it sounds like a really annoying thing to learn how to do. If you count laziness as a reasonable objection. If we feel like it we could even put the rare forms in there as soon as I get a save file on my computer with a billion Borgs in the Warehouse and glitch every single one of them into existence. |

right ok now you wont know what a Grater Demon or a Lesser Demon is. but as you just want me to state it im gonna say it. well a long time ago (proably before Runescape EOC update) they had Grater and Lesser Demons. with all styles in the little info box with a V1 - V5 (might iv had a V6) Buttons which changes the pic and i was wondering on how to do that. so pretty much you know what im thinking of in your second quote, so you know me quite well... Alt is 0 levels different from Normal, so I don't see what that has to do with anything. Whether or not we include rare forms is basically a question of do we include them for the sake of having all the forms or do we not bother because they're essentially the same on every Borg? And I don't have a particular opinion on that. |

Let me direct your attention to Capcom's official Gotcha Force page.See how there are buttons beneath the image below and to the right of Met? Click them and you can switch to a different picture. Are you suggesting we do something like that? Because I have no idea how we would go about that. Also, don't worry about the white space. If it becomes too much of a problem I can always put the moves section beneath the strategy section. It will be conceptually awkward to have the section outlining the borgs moves AFTER the how to use section, but meh... Or if someone could think up another section we could put above moves... that would be ideal.

also if we had a picture of each attack made by the borgs would be a nice touch. Oh, or a short gif. I wouldn't be able to do this though so I can't push for it too hard considering I would just end up lumping the gif idea on someone else... |

I mean, sure, it'd be neat, but it'd be hilariously tedious, wouldn't serve a particular purpose beyond "Oh hey that thing that AI thing's doing is called Ninpo Full Throttle and you do it with the X button," and how do you really illustrate some of the attacks with a single image? ...I can't think of a specific example, but some of them I'm sure will be obnoxious to decide how to illustrate. Anyway, other matters of discussion: Are there any objections to me making articles for Halo Death Eye, 0905, and 0C03 at a point in time? And in 0C03's case is that dependent on whether or not I can make it not kill the game? |

The pictures are a cool idea, but I am going to concern myself with simply filling out borg pages at this point. Considering I have filled out 4 of, what, 208 I am going to have my hands full for awhile. Especially since I don't wanna fill out a borg's page until I have them at level 10 and thus have a fairly solid grasp of how they work for a strategy section. If someone else wants to do the pictures though I'm not stopping you. Are there any objections to me making articles for Halo Death Eye, 0905, and 0C03 at a point in time? That'll have to be the second thing I try once I get that trillion Borgs I need for rare GEs. (For the record, "that trillion Borgs" is actually only somewhere around 2000, and it's actually going to happen, that's not one of those flying pig scenarios. Also it's the second thing because the first is making normal 0C03. I don't believe that's been done successfully yet.) |
