ok i found this link today at gamefaq's gotcha force board (that place is dead as hell) gotchaforce.wikia.com/wiki/Gotcha_Force_Wikia gotcha force wiki, i was wondering if you guys would like to fill it, its pretty empty and it would probably be time consuming, but since its a wiki , everybody could help and just do something every now and then, alas we could do nothing too xD.

Yeah I noticed that a few days ago, and I would love to fill it, but I'm just too dense to understand how, since I don't understand computer-talk...

Alright, so I read that you like to bump old threads instead of making new ones. Fair enough. I'm doing this now.
It would be a great boon to all Gotcha Force players if there was a comprehensive, detailed encyclopedia containing all the intricate details of this game.
Additionally, I can tell that you all don't talk about Gotcha Force as much as you used to, and that filling this wiki out would be a great contribution to the Gotcha Force community.
So I'm asking you to please contribute to the wiki, even if it's just a little.

In the area of strategy, the Borg of the Week system is basically a long-term project to accomplish exactly that (referring to the comprensive info database concept) over the course of what would turn out to be the next four years. Unfortunately, the future of the BotW project appears uncertain at the moment... I also was planning to record the various potential patterns of various random Borg missions, but haven't really gotten around to it yet, as I've been busy leveling up. I already did compile a list of Borgs with alts here that has not been proven to be incomplete yet (since when I added Death Borg Theta), so that's been addressed. (By the way, if you happen to know of any of them that aren't in there, it'd be great if you could inform me so that I can get to hunting it down.)

^Mostly cuz Cryzor doesn't seem to be on super frequently. Think someone else might be able to take over on weeks he's absent?

^I think he asked that no one do that unless he explicitly asks them to, so I'll not be the one to do it if anyone is going to.

I work on the odd Wikipedia article including touching up the once sloppy (well, sloppier) Gotcha Force page, I could definitely give it a shot.

Question: This thread was started in 2009. Why is the Wiki not the GF equivalent of Smogon and Serebii at the same time yet?

It's simple... We have infinite Pokemon games, each of which is the most popular game ever when it releases. And we have one Gotcha Force that nobody in the real world (and only 1% of the internet) knows about.
That said, I would make an effort to fill in the wiki as much as possible if there was some revival movement here for it... Maybe even short demonstration videos for each borg. That'd probably take ages but it'd be fun.

This sounds like a good idea! Definitely gonna be some fun! Btw, would I be able to describe melee moves? Also, And we have one Gotcha Force that nobody in the real world (and only 1% of the internet) knows about. I think that might be more around 0.00001% of the internet. ;D

I have contributed to it from time to time, but I plan on really working on it after I have finished getting every borg. In the mean time, we could always google up and hit the translate button no the Japanese wiki and just steal their info In the meantime, I plan on simply fleshing out each borg's page whenever my copy of that borg hits level 10. So far I have only edited Normal Knight, Blue Striker, and Copy Man. Do you guys think that something like this will work? Am I missing any information? I feel like there is something else I could add... I mean, outside of 20th force information. I am not going to add that stuff. I barely understand it so I don't want to spread around potential misinformation on something that can glitch up someone's game. Normal Knight (most of this info was already here. I made minimal changes) gotchaforce.wikia.com/wiki/Normal_KnightBlue Striker gotchaforce.wikia.com/wiki/Blue_StrikerCopy Man gotchaforce.wikia.com/wiki/Copy_Man

Looks good. I find the table a bit easier to read than the older ones.
