Oh, that's a mistake, Normal Samurai should have three. And, I'm not. What point are you trying to make with it? Just that it's a game I'd like to play and that maybe we could draw inspiration from it's game mechanics. Like the way it uses dice or how the defense stat is used to determine if an attack will hit instead of reducing damage. Also, I recall a concern about range borgs being too powerful (or something like that). Maybe certain powerful ranged attacks can't be used after moving, like the Normal Tank's main gun. The range problem was something I was trying to incorporate into the speed system, Borgs without a ranged attack get a passive speed increase, whereas long range borgs like, say, Normal Tank, get a speed decrease when using their ranged attacks. Example, Normal Tank has 2 MOV and can use his B shot while keeping 2 MOV, but maybe when using his X drop that movement drops to one, or as you said, 0. As the move leaves you open, maybe have a defense drop like what I suggested for G Red's G Crash. For someone like Cyber Ninja, we just make his lasers do pitiful damage to balance how overpowered he'd be otherwise.
