"Boost Jump" is the term you're looking for, my friend and "Air Jump" is the other one. If Orange Fighter/Blue Striker needed a change, it would probably be to their HP. However, I honestly think their low cost justifies that, seeing how their maneuverability and charge attack are top of the line.

I still don't understand why Sigma 1 isn't the same tier as Sigma 2 when Sigma 1 is cheaper and doesn't lose or even have reduced mobility. All he loses is power, and when you can dodge for days that's not a big deal.

I agree with you, and I'd totally make a new thread so that we can finally agree on a tier list (2v2 of course), but that'd require some organization that I don't have the time for atm. Why don't you just buff another borg in the meantime? I enjoy reading the ideas going on in this thread. I think it'd be interesting if Wind Valkyrie's fan could affect the trajectory of bombs and missiles.

Well I finally read the OP, so now I realize it can be mid-tier as well. Having the Akuma and Demon Samurai line gain more than just blade length from the number of defeated enemies. . . could make it a priority target given the rightly chosen horrible ideas - gaining HP+HP Max, gaining Attack Damage and Ammo for the ranged attacks, hopefully not mobility or jumps too. Now, I'm not even talking at every 1 soul, but still.
Make the Alpha Wings the Charge X attack, unleash them near simultaneously on a target. Putting the same kind of Anti-Air batteries on Antares as Sirius doesn't make him that much more powerful - especially since I think Sirius has a much higher ammo cap for their shared B attack - and Antares won't get a charge attack that wastes/unleashes all the weapons in one go anyways. As it is, the Alpha wings are fairly weak if you spread them out and take too long to pile up on a target - Oh sure, they can be more annoying than drones in the long run if you use enough of them, but the only way to get enough of them out is to use Hyper Mode and hope that they don't explode against a wall. (P.S. Infinite Ammo via Action Replay and Hyper Mode equals eye-bleeding lag.)
. . . Although if we're being technical about that whole Alpha Wings as a Charge Attack thing, I know that the Galactic Emperor releases his own palette swap of Alpha Wings (the model is based on one of the death borgs) automatically, even when under player control.
If I remember correctly, some entry or other said that Death Eyes were supposed to take over borgs. I think it was their description or whatever. Allow it to either grab onto an enemy borg or become a satellite/option for an allied borg - nearly useless on its own, potentially devastating if combined with an agile borg that won't get it killed. Of course, even as a satellite it's not like they're going to imitate every possible ranged weapon. . . Although, I did recently see a "Symbiote" idea instead, where attaching to an ally would give them some boost to health, but the Death Eye would survive the death of the other player. . . of course being a Death Eye it would be a bit helpless after that, but I think most borgs can benefit well enough from an extra 50+ hp and a free gun that they don't have to control.
Hm. . . Alien Insect. I remember him being rather nice, the main Insect Borg that was useable, but he was pretty slow. His ability to lessen damage of projectiles was nice, not to mention that shield, but he was too much of a Mighty Glacier. . . without the Mighty? IIRC. So were his projectiles, actually, and even though they exploded and were easy to overlook in the heat of battle, they were also really easy to shoot down with other projectiles. Perhaps an increased waling and dash speed and increased ammo capacity/refill. . . I honestly don't remember ever having the chance to melee using him. I think I could do better with Normal Knight, although perhaps I simply didn't test him before I lost my data and lost interest in Gotcha.
Enable actual controls for Galactic Emperor. . . yeah.

on topic Borg: Blue Striker Change 1: give it a barrier shield, just like the one on Barrier Girl i think thats enough

One of the bores that needs the most help is Death Wing. Sure, he's pretty fast, but he's big, brittle, and costs a ton to put on your team. The easy fix is to give him more HP or a higher defense score. But the more interesting idea is: what if he was given a shield? He'd love to straight up block incoming attacks, and as the only flying unit with a shield he'd have an interesting play style. The shield, plus some minor stat fixes, and I think he'd be a pretty neat borg again.

^Would that mean he could just stand in a corner and spam charge B and be almost invincible to projectiles? :3 (I haven't played with a lot of shield borgs to know how much their shields block ... ) Borg: Blue Striker Change 1: give it a barrier shield, just like the one on Barrier Girl i think thats enough Whoa, that would make it the greatest Annoyer borg of all time :3 (here I am using Pokemon language ... xD)
