Huh, what is with you and picking close-favorites to my Borg-Per-Tribe favorites? Alas, Accel Ninja is no Teleport Ninja, but that's with good reason!
Accel Ninja can, if used correctly, completely invalidate an enemy's offense by, y'know, getting out of the way. Accel Ninja has perhaps the easiest time avoiding Nukes, though Ultimate Cannon can give even our speedster here a run for his money as long as another adversary keeps the Ninja distant and at the cannon's mercy.
On the offense, however. . . I've never been able to do much offensively as far as Accel Ninja goes. Even within range, his B-ranged attack doesn't seem to have much homing, if any. Accel Ninja does keep moving when he attacks with it, however, so he can deploy a steady stream of attacks without becoming vulnerable. As for his X attack and upwards/aerial movement fin attack, it almost seems like an after-thought. The enemy needs to have slow attacks or be caught off guard to effectively ram them with the former, and the later does minuscule damage as far as I remember. The charge attack has fair homing and spread, but can leave you vulnerable if you don't pull out quickly and it's damage still leaves something to be desired.
Now, my memory may be foggy, but I don't remember ever being able to perform a Melee-Combo with Accel Ninja. Does he not have melee attacks besides running into enemies?
All in all, a very hit-and-run borg, quite the pain if you don't work to cut him off in the hands of a skilled player.

Blizzard Dragon!! That's the borg of the week. What are your guys' thoughts? It's basically a Flame Dragon that costs 50 more points for a freezing ability I never need. Not really worth it.

Woo Blizzard Dragon! super armor + deadly accuracy + hugenormous health + breath booster + breath attack = one heck of a killer. I think Blizzard Dragon is the strongest of the dragons, and it's because of the freezing ability. if your opponent is unlucky enough to touch your feet or your bomb, then you can capitalize off of that and breath him. In doubles he's even more dangerous, because the frozen borg will have both opponents shooting things at him while he's frozen (can you imagine if your partner was an arrow ninja? pretty darn crazy combo if you ask me). Plasma Dragon's knockdown ability seems more to get in the way than help, imo. Because you send your opponent flying off with invincibility frames, there's no way you nor your ally can do anything after they get touched. Plus, Plasma dragon costs the most of the three elemental dragons. Flame dragon is like a middle ground sort of dragon, but I'd pay the extra 50 gfe for a chance of lucky murder anyday Cyber Dragon's only good attack seems to be the ARB, and that attack's completely luck based. Blizzard Dragon's bombs are way more dangerous because of the extreme angles at which you can shoot them, plus they're FAST. lol Phoenix dragon.

I think Blizzard Dragon is the strongest of the dragons, and it's because of the freezing ability. ⑨/10. Would be the strongest again. But in all seriousness I don't think the freezing is super great, partially because the next attacks that hit will be weaker and partially because I just don't like waiting for that post-freeze invincibility to wear. But the freezing is really good for crowd control so you don't have as many borgs to focus on, and that is well worth the 50 cost. I'd have to say Cosmic Dragon is the best dragon though.

Because you send your opponent flying off with invincibility frames, there's no way you nor your ally can do anything after they get touched. Plus, Plasma dragon costs the most of the three elemental dragons. The appeal of the Plasma Dragon's knockback ability is that while you are throwing the enemy across the map with invincibility frames, you're still throwing the enemy across the map. It renders one opponent entirely useless for at least a few seconds, disrupts any approach they may have been attempting, and perhaps most importantly it gives you time to aim the Plasma Breath to annihilate the target after it lands. Unless you need the opponent to stay exactly where they are (I guess for a really well-timed Metal Hero or something), Plasma Dragon's just better in general. Hey, Phoenix Dragon's okay at beam spamming... if you have way too much time on your hands and therefore can learn to do it well... Wong Dragon, on the other hand, is an absolute joke, almost on par with Nu II.

I know for sure Flame and Blizzard do so the explosion can hit even if the shot itself misses, but I can't remember if Plasma does as well.

^ It does, except instead of an explosion i think it has little strands of lightning all around the explosion radius.

Gatling Tank is fun when you just want to destroy computers with a near endless stream of bullets. They reload so quickly (compared to Gatling Gunner at least) that you only have a few seconds of downtime, and you can shoot missiles to cancel projectiles. Against human players with good dodging skill though... not so great.

Not the best tank, but a pretty good tank. Also I'm pretty sure it's the fastest bullet-shooter in the game so that's something.

if only bullets moved faster in gotcha. they don't do much, so Capcom could have at least sped them up to beam speed.
I suppose the ability to shoot a long chain of bullets kind of makes up for it, but airdashing is way too fast.
also GATLING TANK + POWER BURST. About as fun as red attacker with power burst XD

Never liked it. I love a good game, and I also love it when weapons feel good. For Example, Neo G-Reds Sword Charge..thingy, I can FEEL like I'm hitting something. But when it comes to beam sameri..Samureye....Laser Sword Dude's Laser Sword, I usually hit from so far away I don't *feel* like I'm doing anything worth while.
And the magnet just looks like a skirt kilt.

Eh, I enjoy Beam Samurai. He's got an interesting mechanic what with the close-range power up as long as you don't get hit, and it's nice to take a break from beam spamming to play a melee borg with nice range, power, speed, and HP. I've always thought the magnet looked like a Yu Gi Oh card holder except without 4 slots ever since the first time I saw it. And I guess I'm an idiot for not noticing that it was a magnet until now.
