Have you ever saved or sacrificed a partner borg before?

I remember when I was playing with a force that I wasn't any good with on purpose, (Normal Ninja, Barrier girl, Switching Ninja, death eye.), I was playing the Light Cannon unit level, and even though I was messing around, I didn't wanna lose, I was down to the Switching ninja, having no idea how to use the other two, and Usagi was about to be LAAAZZZOOORED, she had died less than me at that point, so I switched positions with her, and she killed the last cannon while I scrambled about as a death eye. Has anything like this every happened to you?

Psh i use kotaro as a shield all the time. And yuji. Jelly diver makes an excellent target XD also tama, stand on death arc and take no damage, yes i think i will.

Partners are irrelevant. I will gladly use Ultimate Beam on them or hit them with Death Arc's Beam Gun if they're in the way.

I must admit, Barrier Girl takes some finesse to use... but if you do manage to get good with her, anything that is slower than her or has boost jump will cry.

Back in the day when my skills were *ahem* lacking, I used Kakeru's force as a distraction so that I could land the kills and get the borgs. Had to apologize to the poor guy every single time

And I can remember saving my partner a good few times, usually it involved me shooting a Samurai Shogun as his Arceus Ring was glowing

On topic: Nope. I let them die, and hope nukes and UC shots aim for them instead of me. One time as barrier girl fighting the UC unit, I kicked my ally across the screen in hopes that it was aiming for them instead of me so I'd live. Karma.

edit: Oh wait, that means I did save one. So yeah, I saved one.

Someone said they hope nukes aim for the partner. I wait until they have already fired at my partner then fly/run away shooting at them. So as not to agro a nuke onto myself. XD

I like playing Wire Gunner.
I will often shoot my Usagi with my wire in order to pull her away when the enemies start to surround and melee her.
Heck, Wire Gunner is pretty great for pulling your allies to safety in general.
This is helpful for pulling slower allies (like Tsutomu's tanks) out of the blast radius of ICBMs and Ultimate Cannons.

I have more faith in my abilities than the AI, so the number of times I sacrifice myself to save an ally is near zero. I have been known to occasionally kill an ally intentionally as well (looking at you, Kitsune's Magnet robot).

I was Gold Hero and I lost my Power and Nekobe was down to just Vlad... Kotaro had like 2 HP left... So I just threw myself at Vlad to make Sure Kotaro didn't die!

It was petty awesome... XD
