Im apparently garbo with them. Except gold. Ive had him for awhile and im used to him. I dont remember metals uber slash lagging as bad as it does. Tho im getting used to his un auto aim slash thing and his close rangeness again. Im awful with cyber hero though /:

I can understand that. Planet/Star and Gold Hero are top spam tier. Cyber Hero and Metal Hero require some thought since they primarily attack with melee. And then there's Jet Hero who's so bad he doesn't even get to be a part of the hero borg unit

Idk jet hero is useful in hyper mode. Spam those hero scope things then blows the crap outta your oppo with super shots. And he can fly ;D but yea he isnt in the hero unit. And killer/shadow girl is. Why?

Why? The hero unit wanted someone to ship with. That or they needed a "morale booster," if you know what I mean. * poof*

Cyber Hero is one of the big fish. That guy can combo harder than almost any borg I have seen. Probably because he is based on Ryu from Street Fighter. Stupid Ryu... Also, I wanna get better with Metal Hero since he is a blatant homange to Space Sheriff Gavan, but I am such garbage with him QQ

Anyway, if you're having trouble with Metal Heroing you're probably forgetting one of the three rules of Metal Heroing: 1) Make sure you're in melee range if you want to melee. 2) If you have more than one target you're probably screwed. 3) If your target doesn't flinch easily you're definitely screwed. That's pretty much all there is to it, really.

Especially since, whenever I pull him out I usually find myself getting triple teamed by the Death Force, or end up fighting some of the transformers.

It is pretty disappointing that it has so many weaknesses, but it's one of the best Borgs around against the stuff it can handle. If the game had an active tournament scene it'd be a pretty common thing just for the sake of countering stuff. It's like Beam Satellite in that regard. (Also a single-Metal-Hero run of the game would be the single most badass thing of all time, which would be greatly diminished if it didn't have a few weaknesses.)

While that is true, it is just so weak that I doubt anyone will seriously attempt that. Especially since outside of a tool assisted run I doubt that anyone could do it. I mean, someone could start a new game and trade a level 10 metal hero over from another file, that way they would only be trying to solo M-hero run it on Playthrough 1... But that would also greatly diminish impressiveness of the run.
