I haven't seen much, not anything I would assume is spoilers, anyway... Just the main character who looks like the true super duper high school average, the fan-servicey-looking white hair psycho Naegi guy, and... The depressing disgrace that is Togami. Supposedly, anyway, as far as I know...

Nagito... isn't fan-service. More fan dis-service. Except to me, he's my second favorite character.
But yeah Toogami's new appearence really threw me off too. But you get used to it eventually and he hasn't changed much in terms of personality.
Hinata on the other hand is a very different beast to Naegi, so don't write him off as being identical to him just yet.
Anyway, who was your second favorite character after Maizono Claxus? In DR1 it would have to be Monobear. But since he's basically Junko, I'd go with Kirigiri.

Well, it's hard to pick because I liked all of the cast one way or another... But I would say Naegi, which is kind of cliche I guess, but I thought he was a great character, and gave the most effort in trying to get through everything with everyone (along with Kirigiri), despite how much they shipped him with averageness. Well, I also do really like his appearance for some reason... I mean, that's not an average haircut. Overall he was just a good-natured guy striving to work together with hope and justice. But I also liked Ishimaru, Celes, and of course, Togami. And Kirigiri is a given, really... The only character I didn't like that much was Leon because it seems he's hardly developed and just exists for Maizono's case.
But honestly, if Togami turned into that... His personality did change.

Supposedly, anyway, as far as I know... Called it. Also, I got impatient and read a very well written synopsis of DR2. ...I loved it, and I was right on the mark for the 2nd chapter's culprit. I was somewhat dissapointed with the survivors, but the twists syill made me go WHOA |

^ Aww now both of us have DR2 spoiled. I still regret looking up that synopsis. Although I will admit that I skimmed through a bunch of it so I only really know superficial details for most of the cases, but I know quite a bit about the ending. In a way I'm happy that I found out who is behind Monobear in this game, but in others I am also incredibly disappointed in myself.

Anyway, started up episode 2 of DR the animation.
I love the opening theme.
'nuff said.
EDIT: also, Naegi's scream when he finds Maizono...I knew it was coming and yet it was...freaky.
Also Claxus, I find it funny you talk about avenging Maizono when she tried to start the mutual killing.

I'm envious of your type. Anyway the third episode is airing as we speak but the stream is soooooo laggy and slow that it feels more like a bunch of static images than the game. Anyway I'll post it when it gets subs, because the execution should be a marvelous sight. |

It's honestly more forgetful than a moment in LM2 that I want to relive, but every time the subject of forgetting something comes up, I REMEMBER IT. Why do I want to relive it? Because I wasnt looking when it happened and while it suprised me, it was somewhat butchered when it was absolutely fantastic. |

Funny thing, they actually need to pick up the pace if they want to include everything and not end terribly.
They'd have to shove a chapter in 2 episodes...actually, one would have to be in 1 now.
If they had done the first trial in two, they'd have actually been in a better spot.

Why would you turn this into a 12 episode anime? :/ Honestly, the pace will have to go quite a bit faster from now on. EDIT: just watched episode 3. Gotta agree with Al, that was good. This time it actually had me somewhat care about Leon and Maizono. It just felt more real watching it. Also, I need to find the BGM from that last scene. |

Not sure when I'll get around to checking out DR2. I'm very curious as to the first's aftermath, but at the same time I don't find the sequel as appealing at a first glance. Maybe it's just a case of DBZ. Would have been the perfect end at the Freiza saga, but then it goes on...
Well, I might just read the synopsis, as I don't really think I'd enjoy just reading a play through as much, and probably won't have a Vita for a long time.
