What would be a nice cheap computer(preferably desktop), that would be able to run games like Minecraft, Cosmic Break, and Elsword(btw, trapping ranger)

Check Dethy's second post, there's some hyperlinks to some pretty decent, cheap ones. You'd want something with specs around there.

So, hey, I got the computer. Works pretty well for the most part, it gets to a minimum of 54 FPS with the accuracy profile of bsnes (which only makes a difference for two games, apparently), everything aside from that goes at full speed. Only problem is the graphics, but I expected that and it's not even that problematic anyway, I can run emulators fine. Except for ePSXe. The OpenGL plugin (which has some options that are needed for some games to run correctly) runs slowly, and the OpenGL 2 plugin probably has a few more such helpful options but doesn't work at all because "no WGL extensions!" Is that a graphics card problem or something more closely resembling a missing DLL problem? More to the point, when I inevitably go looking for a graphics card on the internet is this indicative of a thing I need to take into account? Unrelated question: What's the deal with this thing? Is this one of those things you put in a PCIe slot and suddenly you have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi?

I've never seen anything like that, but my guess would be the same as yours. As for OpenGL, I'm not entirely sure on the matter, but not having a graphics card is most likely the problem. An integrated one will hardly do the job, ePSXe is pretty picky with graphic settings. The error probably means your integrated card can't handle shaders or some other stuff. Though, if you haven't updated your graphics card drivers yet, it's possible that can solve the problem, unless it's just too crappy, which it probably is. Anyway, any error with OpenGL most likely means your graphics card is incapable of some of the features it has to use. Any decent card that supports shaders and Direct X and whatnot should resolve the issue. On a side note, there's some pretty fun stuff you can do with ePSXe, once you can get it running properly: www.racketboy.com/retro/sony/ps1/enhance-ps1-graphics-with-the-best-epsxe-plugin-settings

Surprisingly enough, just updating the drivers and changing a setting in one of the plugins fixed all of my problems. I remember seeing that a long time ago. Pretty impressive graphics, those are. ...I wonder if there's a thing to make games look like MadWorld or something...

I remember I toyed around with the plugins at one point. This is where I got some shaders: www.pbernert.com/html/gpu.htmYou just download them and put the folders into plugins > shaders, then go into the video config in the emulator and look for a section about shaders. I think it should say full-screen filtering shaders or something like that (though they still work windowed), there's a little browse button where you can click and point it to the folder of the shader you want. I'm not sure if there's any black and white shaders with only red, but at least, there's a black and white one. And one of the advanced cartoon shaders (from the shader collection (from guest(r)'s shader collection I think) washes out the colors a lot and gives heavy outlines.

EDIT: Yeah, just ignore this post. I already found a wireless thing that looks to be even better than my laptop's, so the only even remotely significant detail in this post is that I can only get here through my 3DS and therefore can't post most links, multiquote, or do anything involving the Flash player. And that's not even relevant. So yeah, just ignore that this post exists.
