My list would probably be something along the lines of Ruby Knight, Teleport Ninja, Pheonix Dragon, Ghost Knight, Battle Girl, Barrier Girl and Kung-Fu Master.
Not the best borgs (except for maybe Ruby and Teleport), but these are the borgs I like using and it could make for an interesting challenge. When it comes to Fortress killing, Teleport Ninja and Ruby Knight (Hyper Mode + X Spam) can work, so I'm not worried about that. G-Emperor might be a tought fight, but I've done it with less before (Teleport Ninja usually can bring it to the point where he's shooting ice blocks and at most, the laser shooting of death).
The biggest worry about the run would be the giant robots, but as usual, Ruby Knight is the backbone of the team and with some clever planning of the Hyper Mode, X-Spam will take them out with ease.
Borgs not named Teleport Ninja and Ruby Knight are just there for fun, I guess. Battle Girl and Barrier Girl aid against aerial assaults and flashy mid-range shooting is fun. Ghost Knight and Phenoix Dragon are personal favorites of mine (along with Tele and Ruby, of course) and Kung-Fu Master is just there because I've always found him an interesting borg that I've never used but seems promising. He seems like he could overwelm Sho in the earlier fights due to a speedy superior aerial Melee game. I could also replace Kung-Fu with Normal Ninja and Shield Knight, two other borgs that I use quite well.
