 THE FINAL ROUND!Barrier Girl has pushed her way to the final stadium! First taking out fellow girl borg Shadow Girl, then defeating the fierce Beam Tank, and blocked Metal Hero out during the semi-final round! Armor glossed up, helmet on, shields are a GO! (Props to Death Eye for the Barrier Girl shot, thanks!) Eagle Robot went Gundanium, firstly fighting Pop Honey, taking on the street hero, Cyber Hero, and just recently downing the unstoppable fortress that is Sirius in the previous match! Tanks are filled, joints oiled, x a mega beam spam +! Eagle Robot, launching! The winner will be deemed first Gotcha Borg Champion of the World! Fight hard, fight strong, and fight to WIN! Grab all your friends, and grab some popcorn. This is going to be a good Monday. The bracket thus far!  and, without further ado.. FINAL MATCH: BEGIN! |

Woop woop Go barrier girl -I wanted more revolver gunman though there's probably a couple of these I haven't seen so I don't know :C- In hindsight, the 42 votes I spent on the beautiful Pop Honey may have been better spent on my other obsession, Blizzard Dragon. Pop Honey >:C now that's an AI I remember annoying little meanie face. But She's a stud I don't blame you XD she deserves that kind of support from her fans ;D I'm not much of a fan of the BIGGER end borgs they are just too clunky in my opinion  I do love to have my bouts with them though |

Okay, I get why Barrier Girl is praised so highly, but why is she so highly praised?
Or, to put it in a not blatantly deliberately stupidly contradictory way, where's the fun in using a Borg that pretty much never takes damage unless you actively try to take damage?

I weep... these tournaments arec clearly rigged. Barrier girl is just so... AGJJJJJ-HJKDSBHVBHIUWEHFSKJRVKYAWVILWV !!!!!!!!!!
I'd say I weep for humanity but she hasn't qon yet, but she's about to and has a pathetic opponent whom somehow beat sirius. May I ask, WHY?

I actually agree but I only voted barrier girl as I dislike Bigger borgs -too clunky :S- Plus my favorite is revolver gunman he can't take a hit so I have to constantly avoid hits all the time There is little fun to barrier girl, but sometimes when I feel feisty and don't feel like dodging hits I'd pull her out. |

Barrier Girl is virtually invincible, decently fast, apparently has good melees, is loosely based on Mega Man, and is female. Her competition up to now consisted of the least popular Girl Borg in the game, a largely overlooked Tank, and a melee-oriented Borg whose melees feel awkward to most players. If you didn't anticipate this result a while ago, you probably weren't looking ahead. Sirius can't move. Not the most popular of traits in a Borg, to put it lightly. |

@njay, Sigma died!  I'm actually suprised he didn't even make it on the bracket, woulda went far, that one. @al, if these were rigged, Metal would have shredded Barrier Girl in the semi-finals  and Cyber Ninja would have appeared on the other side of the bracket. Eagle has the "whoa...Eagle on the bracket? he looks kinda cool" factor, 'cause no one really uses him xD. I didn't expect him to beat Cyber Hero and Pop Honey so one-sidedly though. Update: GFF: 5:3 Gfaqs: 2:2 total thus far, 7:5 Barrier Girl. It's still anyone's game, over half a day remains! |
