What job do you want?
What job do you think you'll get?

Im guessing most of you will say you think you'll get the job you want but i personally don't think i will. Although i'd like to get a job in the Animation industry i'll most likely get a job in Painting And Decorating. Thats if I'm able to get a job at all. Recession sucks Anos!

I would like to be a security guard, you know one who goes around in a large building at night with a flashlight, checking so everything is alright.

Alternative, being a welder or a janitor wouldn't be so bad either.

You'd be surprised. I think i know about 3 people who have actually got there dream job.

Either in Dance, IT or Teaching...
(Round here all of those are easy to get except for maybe dance)

My dream job is joining a Christian rock/pop/punk rock band full time while also getting to keep writing my Christian fantasy stories on the go. ;D Man, that would be fun.

I'll probably just become a writer though, which is still great.

Haven't really given it much thought, but I'm pretty interested in biology. Maybe a doctor/surgeon or something.

Oops, I forgot to put what job I'm going to get.
No idea. I won't really make a good surgeon since I'm clumsy sometimes. Just today, I spilled NaOH twice, spilled water twice, tipped the buret three times, and got KHP all over the counter.

All in one hour.

But I'd be happy in any (well-paying) occupation where I get to take orders. I have the capability to be in charge, but I don't like to be. Too much responsibility.

If I can not only get it made and still receive credit, but actually make it GOOD and POPULAR then my life will be worthwhile.

During work experience, I realised just how much I hated work and that my talent is stories. Writing them. or for films and best of all, video games. I only ever cry at a film like once, if it is really good. REALLY good. and it lasts two hours, on average.
Persona 3 made me cry 3 times and lasted 120 hours. And it was interactive. I had an effect on the world and characters.
I wanna do that! something that will have a lasting impact on people.
People only REALLY care for rest and entertainment, so hard honest work isn't the best way too make money and fame... its through entertainment. and the best and most widely varied entertainment is through stories from books, films, and games.
I'm not really in it for the money, I just want people to see the sorts of things I like... stuff that really pulls my heart strings. I want them to understand what my soul responds to, even if they dont necessarily agree with my point of view. I just... want people to understand me.

Ok, time to show you guys a Persona 3 scene. Hopefully, you'll understand it as you dont need much prior knowledge to understand what a heart rending scene this is. unfortunately, you wont have connected with any of the characters so it wont have as much an impact as for someone who has actually played through the game up to this point... but just watch.



and this was only his death. mourning was also sad because the students bad mouthed him at his funeral.
but then of course there is the ending... heart warming and heart rending.

I think you're right about hard honest work not bringing in too much money or fame but, for example I think Volunteering is well worth it even though the impact is usually very very small on the world and people you've helped. I think it's all about doing something you enjoy or at least don't disslike too much. Then pay can be thought about

Well thats true. But... I dont know. I'm not exactly into pay or fame, but I dont really dwell on the small things. So that kind of thing doesn't appeal to me.
