Well since Cryzor is never on anymore, I thought I could do this.
Update every Sunday.
And the first BotW would be....a double special! Death head and Cyber Dragon!
I don't have to, someone else could, but if nobody else will, I will.

Cyber Dragon is okay. The B shot's main problem is that it aims down at a specific angle. Past a certain distance or above a certain height, it won't be hitting anything so that leaves only his remote beams. Remote beams aren't bad, but they're his only offense. The best Cyber Dragon can do is fly around and hope that the remote beams will slowly kill the opponent. For 1500 cost, I can think of borgs that can do much better, like most of the other dragons for example.
Death Head is unwieldy, much like the rest of the planes. Since its B attack only aims forward, you have to angle yourself correctly to shoot, then fly past and turn around to get another shot at it. The inclusion of the X attack that shoots at a downward angle is good, but it suffers from the same problem that Cyber Dragon's B shot has: the attack is stuck at a specific angle. Death Head has pretty good mobility, so it's not as bad as CD, but it's still a problem.
Cyber Death Dragon is generally a bad choice. Looking at the borg itself, CDD isn't actually that bad. It has a powerful range attack, remote beams, and a one hit KO charge beam. (And it also has the awful diagonal down B shot.) But the problem is that in order to get CDD, you have to subject both players of a team to use 2 mediocre borgs and hope that you have power burst ready when both are on the field. It's too easily exploited by the other team.

But in the mission that thing rapes mah team. Or it did. Back when i had the game. What about the smaller version. Do its stats compare in the same way?

The Cyber Death Dragon is good in the CDD mission because it spawns as the combined borg and never uncombines. If they had spawned as Death Head and Cyber Dragon and had to earn its power burst, it would have been a lot easier.
In the Defeat the Death Force mission, the CDD at the end is only good because it had ~4000 GFE to rack up power burst and Death Head and Cyber Dragon spawn at the same time. In a versus match, you can manipulate their deaths so that they would never be on the field at the same time.

The worst part about the X attack is that you've got a flying cybernetic dragon head the size of a double-decker bus between you and your view of where the attack is hitting, so it's very difficult to tell where you're hitting (and, as a result, aim) with it. |

^That too. The planes are generally small, or at least mostly flat; Death Head is just a huge...thing with a horn. The target cursor helps a lot here.
