Yes! I finally got the Dark Knight and he has become one of my favorite borgs now! It took so long, but it was worth it. So now I move to getting alternate colors for borgs! Anyone remember what borg got them the Black Knight? Mine was Cyber Mars.

I got an Alt Saph knight and my Dark Knight in the same battle.
But it was with my usual special mode spammer, a big dragon. Specifically Flame.
He got to level 10 in that same battle too.
It was a memorable moment.
And DK's one of my favorite borgs too.

I think I just used Beam Gunner or Samurai Shogun so I could power burst and kill Dark Knight right when he appeared.

I've had a Dark Knight since the dawn of time, practically, so I don't remember anything about it.
My alt Dark Knight, however, I got recently enough to remember that I used a Plasma Dragon.
And my silver one will come from a gold Flame Dragon.
(In my dreams.)

Congrats! I'm still trying to get that darned Dark Knight, but when I do get him it'll be with a Cyber Ninja. It seems like the fastest way to get the match finished, although sticking an ICBM in that dragon's face might help. Hmm.

sticking an ICBM in that dragon's face might help. Dragons of that size can take a minimum of 3 ICBMs to the face. If you happen to be some kind of Dragon Ninja or something that can use a similarly large Dragon to dodge the enemy Dragon's breath attack and counter with your own, that would probably be the most efficient way to do it. Unless you're really good with Metal Hero. (Come to think of it, a Death Saucer might work just as well, depending on how much damage the Hyper Death Beam does to the Dragon. ...No, I did not just turn on my GameCube to look up the actual name of the attack... I was planning on playing to begin with.) |
