Planet Hero.
It's been a while since I compared their differences, but I think Star Hero's attacks had a small start up lag compared to Planet Hero. Other than that, Star Hero's projectiles seem really inaccurate and I can rarely get them to home in like they should.

Planet Hero.
His attacks home in on the opponent far better than Star Hero's, and frankly Star Hero's attacks are slower. Oh, and he has a less garish colour scheme.

Planet hero has that aerial tornado with a huge hitbox that virtually rips the head off of any borg that it puts its sights on, and activates as soon as you push the button. Star hero has some drill attack using his feet that has a smaller hitbox, and takes longer to start up, since you do a little flip to put your feet in front of you.
i'm not exactly sure that this is an even match up, since the only thing that star hero has that tops planet hero is a wider projectile, but even that seems to go more slowly than planet hero's shots.

Does anyone know if Star Hero's aerial gives him the kick propel like G Red or Cyber Hero's aerial?

Planet Hero all the way. Star Hero was a major letdown because of the delay on his attacks, and his shot sucks in comparison lol. <_< he costs more too, doesn't he (if he does...smh)? Star Hero's color scheme is a bit more iconic though, so I'll give him that  |

Star Hero is actually cheaper by 10. Ah, thanks. I knew one of them was a bit cheaper...>_>....lol. He would have been better off at 450ish or less though...and on that note I wish a BUNCH of these borgs were at least a hundred or so cheaper... Metal and Drill Robo just to name a couple. |

The machine borgs do tend to cost quite a bit, it's probably due to their defense and ability to take quite a lot of hits; which would make them quite effective for a new player. The cost is just there to limit them. |
