I think everyone here has defeated GE with samurai shogun and/or metal hero. It's just so easy that way. Just breeze through the battle with only 1 samurai shogun of any level. That's what I did.

I agree, Samurai Shogun makes the fight way too easy Metal Hero is too slow for me to own GE efficiently though.

^ Do you have the same confidence when fighting GE on him? I think you have to do something to Galactic Emperor for him to say "Impossible". Maybe breaking his shield and sending his HP to 0 at the same time? The other day when my GE dealt the final blow I heard: "Impossible." "I can't believe this... Uuuuaaaahhh!!" I think "Impossible" is actually a dying quote, just like the usual one you always hear. Sometimes ( Neo)G-Red has different death quotes like: "I was careless." and "Take over for me." In ( my) GE's case, I believe he simply stated both death quotes at once.

GE isnt too hard can get him down to aroung 45-50% with 2 blue strikers and orange fighter I took most of his HP with a Death Borg Sigma II (Level 5) As long as you can dodge you can stay alive for most of the battle. Just don't use a dodgy control pad.

The easyiest way to beat him is with drillbot, when u go into hyper mode you stack up up to the max of 999 combo hits, having GE dead in seconds.....
also could someone link this song thingy cos i don't think i have heard it before.

My GE will hit lv. 10 this playthrough. I dare say I'm most likely the only person in the world stupid determined enough to have gone through the ordeal of normally leveling him up. Took literally forever, but the satisfaction of knowing you've pulled through is so worth it.

****ing EPIC!! XD I had trouble with him yes but I always thought of it as not a pain but... as a really awesome final Challenge, it IS the Final Boss after all, he IS supposed to be hard... Unless you've got 3 Gold Heros but hay! XD (Frikin' beams and ice though *Shakes fist in Anger* XD)

To quote myself from a couple months ago: To quote myself an eternity ago: to be completely honest, the Galactic Emperor disappoints me. I mean, the entire game up to that point puts you in epic boss battles (relative to when they occur, excluding the Demon Samurais, who aren't epic in any context), then they throw a fortress the size of Asia at you, which you'd think would be the most epic battle in the game, but I disagree; the other battles had some qualities that that one doesn't have. All the other bosses have a variety of attacks they can throw at you if they want to, while the GE can only spam one kind of shot at a time. The other bosses (for the most part) have a least a bit of dodging ability, while the GE is stationary. Most of the other boss battles throw other Borgs at you at the same time as your main target, thereby giving you the strategic option of taking them down then fighting the boss one-on-one (kind of epic) or evading the extraneous enemies and just taking down the boss first (also kind of epic). GE is alone. None of the other bosses are capable of truly constant spamming; they're only capable of spamming in spurts. The GE could very well have invented spam, judging by the way he shoots his salvos of spam, his suffocating storms of spam that make the fight rather obscene without an incredibly cheap strategy like burning him to death with a Flame Dragon's breath attack or something. (Seriously, how the h*** did I dodge all that with my Tank Borgs that one time? Oh, wait, I probably didn't.) Some might call this a good thing, but I hate it, probably partly because of all those other disappointing details I mentioned. Ignoring the fact that most bosses have an infinitely respawning squad of minor nuisances, that's all pretty much accurate. Superpowered G Black would've been a thousand times better. Ignoring the fact that I neglected to mention how lame it is that 80% of the Borgs can't do anything to it, that's all pretty much accurate. With a bit of plot rewrite the CDD would've been a thousand times better.
