Wi-fi keeps going "DISCONNECT YAAAAY" on me, so I'm gonna fix that. Also DK's customs are so much better than his normal specials. I love that lightning punch.

Still unsure about customs. Some are clearly better, but I can't really tell if some are just too good. Extreme Monado Arts are crazy, that was without any equipment, Buster did like 40-50% on a smash attack. Speed traverses the arena in a second... His charging backslash has a ton more range, and even super armor.
Something about that Donkey Kong B custom was hilarious, though...

The problem with the extreme arts though is that their flaws are even worse. That 40-50% you did with buster? I could probably do the same to you. Shield? Sure, you'll survive awhile, but you'll move so slow even Ganondorf can outrun you. Smash? If you screw up, prepare to die as early as 50%. Run? Your attacks barely scratch anything, and a fresh-stock Bowser will walk through your tilts with ease and Smash attack you with your innefective, laggy attacks. You get my point; the flaws are even more blatantly obvious. If anything, I think lasting Monado Arts is better than Extreme. Also, I don't know what it would be. Testing if my Wi-fi is better. EDIT: Actually, I'd like to get more custom moves, so I'm gonna spam Classic and Smash Run. Frankly, you intimidate me. Sorry. EDIT2: Whoa. DK's third neutral special has an insane windbox. GL recovering EDIT3: Yep, just got it. Storm Punch is insanely awesome. It's like FLUDD, but useful. Also any stage with a wall will never be in a competitive scene. (Not suprising) That is all.

Haha man I love how you're so comfortable with your characters! Also you're super familiar with the roll mechanics, and you make it look like there's no such thing as landing lag. I'm learning a lot from these matches wait wait... you're not using characters with equipment, are you? Custom moves I know you use, which is fine, but man your Shulk jumps around like a beast. But yeah actually I gotta take off, too. Need to wake up early tomorrow. Gg, though ^_^

Nah, no equipment. I don't tend to use custom moves either until there's more word on if they're considered OP or not, I was just fooling around earlier and custom Pit sneaked in the first match (and 6 stocks).
Pit has very little landing lag on most of his aerials, or almost his whole moveset, really... But Shulk has an amazing N-air, it's virtually lagless on landing as it auto-cancels. However, he needs it, as literally the rest of his moveset is very punishable, even his tilts and jab combo are punishable with smash attacks on block or dodge. N-air is his only safe approach option aside from spacing, but it can be punished on block, too.
Well, landing lag is a pretty big deal in this game so you just gotta learn to minimize it and fast-fall a lot. Shulk's Jump Monado Art is crazy, though, there weren't any customs behind that. You haven't seen my final arc Shulk (custom) that can jump through the ceiling of the stage. On his first jump. Jump is extremely good at edgeguarding and chasing, among other things, but getting hit during it really hurts.

So I've been using Bowser Jr. He's...cool. Big Mechakoopa is awesome as a projectile.

They're very easy to pick up and use against him The regular ones at least, if you can pick up the big ones they're even more double edged. His side-B is almost like Sonic. He can even jump out of it on hit and turn it to an air combo. His F-Smash is pretty insane... His up-B antics are very annoying, especially with the air attack he gets being a KO move. Now that it's the weekend and with Frozn here, we should try to get some team battles going.

Now that it's the weekend and with Frozn here, we should try to get some team battles going. I know, that's why I prefer the big ones. The small ones are too quick to instantly grab, but with the big ones you have a small window after spawning it that you can grab it, so the only way you're using it against Junior is if you catch it. The Side B...the default one is admittedly pretty terrible, but one of his customs actually protects him when he does that spin turn as opposed to the original which...doesn't. It's also REALLY good horizontal recovery. Up-B is so horribly predictable. Even though that hammer is fast and super powerful, it's terribly predictable since it's the only move he can do in that state. Admittedly, it's pretty much the only Up-B that doesn't leave you helpless, so that's a plus. His smashes...Down Smash is the only one that stands out, really. Forward Smash is really laggy with bad range, but it's strong. Up Smash is okay for racking damage (also its hitboxes can spike off the edge of the stage which is hilarious.) but its knockback is...meh. Down Smash, on the other hand, is fairly powerful, fast, hits both sides and has solid range. His grab has good range and isn't too laggy. Aerials and tilts are in general nothing special. Neutral B is okay. If it had a storable charge it'd be amazing, bur for now it just supports his Mechakoopa camping a bit. Also team battle yay! (Icalltagteamwithclax)

I used Morton against you guys a few times. I had a really fun time with him.
Also thinking of learning Dark Pit. He seems to be the character everyone dislikes the most. Clones and that.

I don't think Kirby or Ike can, either. Or any character that has an extended Up-B animation. Robin can grab the ledge behind him, but he has to end up a good bit over it, so he grabs it during the helpless state, not during Elwind.
And for Bowser Jr.'s Side-B, the spin turn shouldn't ever happen unless you want it to. You can just jump to cleanly cancel out of the attack and even combo from it.
