Here's a rough version.
guy named Frank N. Stein, mad person.
Makes Gotcha Borgs to be weapons, cannot come out either way.
Causes wars.
Something about Black Blood, and experiment on my character, a high ranking member of an Academy to teach commanders how to use their Gotcha Borgs effectively.
very rough version, but what do you think?

I kinda think Blair screwin' up their soul count was a good thing, otherwise the series would be even shorter. But I almost dropped dead laughing when I first saw the "wittle baby bloomers" scene. XD
And that RP idea don't sound half bad.

It might get you back into RPs on GFF.
