no way is that fan made. And no way thats in the anime.
I reckon its a scrapped opening for a scrapped story arc of the anime.
I suppose it was going to be a much longer anime, after all, I heard they couldn't follow the manga because the budget started to run out, limiting it to a 51 episode budget, forcing them to wrap up the series.
With its popularity I can see a season two somewhere on the horizon.
And that means more awesomeness. More Maka for me= good.

^ yes, that one is awesome. It must be said, that is my second favorite. Also my second favorite opening, the actions so intense. When I first saw this thread and the opening Maka almost scared the life out of me.  |
