Kill stealing the dragon isn't really that much, seeing as everyone gets the gold.
Anybody seen the new champion in their games?
The team that he's on (Yorick) always seems to lose.

Played an AD WW. First time I got more kills than deaths, got a 12 killstreak, was destroying all in my path, and then we lost.

Wriggle's Lantern, Spirit Visage, Wit's End, then straight tank. YOU NEVER DIE AND YOU KILL EVERYONE (swap out either the Wit's End or Wriggle's Lantern for a Bloodrazor later on)

You're trolling.
When you pick Revive, you pick Rally. And when you pick Rally, you pick AD Soraka.
Noob.
In all seriousness, this free week disgusts me. Vladimir and Ezreal... in the same free week? This can't be good... already have had a Vladimir who's build consisted of pure magic penetration instead of any life steal, AP, or HP.
Needless to say, he got owned. Badly.
Riot really doesn't think when picking the free champions...

How to playing Vlad
Always take Transfuse if you can. Then take a level in Sanguine Pool at 2, ignoring it past then. Then when you can't take Transfuse or your ult take Tides of Blood.
Start in a solo with boots and 3 potions, play very defensively 'til about level 5 then you can start running up, Transfusing and running away before they can do anything. Do that every. Single. Time.
Then in teamfights, drop your ult, Transfuse someone, cast Tides of Blood, then Sanguine Pool if you need to.

I agree with Dogmantra's Boots + 3 Health Pots, but I prefer to Tranfuse people and quickly run out always, not just after level 5. No one likes getting a Vlad Q to the face, no one. Well, maybe Cho'Gath wouldn't mind but still. People will usually run back when they see you running towards them, so you'll usually be able to land it.
Though if you're going up against someone who can hold you in place and smack you silly before you can even pool, don't try to Tranfuse them before level 5-9, as you probably won't be able to heal that much afterward unless Tranfuse has lower cool down.
You should really start with boots + 3 hp pots. Up from that, you should try to build AP / HP items ( I don't usually use Vlad much, but I believe Rylai's, Rabadon's, and Spirit Visage are very good on him. Rabadon's increases AP you get from your passive, resulting on even more HP. Spirit Visage means that you will be healing for tons (especially with hextech revolver), and Rylai's provides a very nice HP + AP boost while giving you a slow).
Also, some general tips:
1. Save your ultimate for team fights. Its generally high cool down means you shouldn't waste it on a single person, especially to last hit them as the delayed damage is quite low (150/250/350) and the 14% increased damage boost is usually wasted on one person. If you really, really have to kill someone, try and at least get more than one target in it. Don't hesitate to use it to save your life though, if Sanguine Pool is on cool down and you need to kill someone fast before they get you. Otherwise, it's a pretty game changing ultimate, as it will help your team inflict severe damage with the supportive 14% damage boost.
2. Save Sanguine Pool until you really need it. It's not a farming ability, harassing ability, or damage ability. You use it to escape harm, and it will save your life if you use it right. Save it for when someone's about to tower dive you for that little bit of HP you have left, when someone's going to initiate on you, Karthus' Ult, or generally to avoid / escape any "Oh f***!" moments. It's a defensive ability with a bit of offense, treat it as a high cool down "Get out of jail free" card.
3. You can tower dive very, very easily with Sanguine Pool, especially if your minions are attacking the enemy tower. This is especially more true if you're level 6. If someone's stupid enough to try and recall next to the tower, or is generally only sticking to the tower with a small amount of HP left, run up to them R->Q->E and then pool to escape the tower. That will usually kill them. If your minions are, however, attacking the tower, or you're unsure if the combo will finish them off, feel free to pool under them. The tower won't hit you until the pool's over, or it will ignore you entirely if you kill them while minions are attacking the tower and you're still in Sanguine Pool. It's generally best to do this to someone who can't stun you, as it can turn a sure-free kill into a death trap, even with Sanguine Pool.
4. Low HP? Stay in the lane. Vladimir's lane staying power is practically infinite with Tranfusion. If anyone's so stupid as to even dare tower diving you, wait until the tower's hitting them and then Sanguine Pool. If you're unsure you can survive even if the tower's attacking them, Hemoplague them while they're closing in, Tranfuse them, then quickly Sanguine Pool. The 14% damage boost and transfusion will do enough damage for the tower to finish just about anyone (excluding alistar or many other tanks, but hey, you're in solo lane right? They're not gonna be there.) while you quietly drain their life with your pool. If your enemy is biding their time, just waiting to tower dive you, just tranfuse minions as much as possible. If you've hit level 9 and been leveling up Tranfuse as much as possible, you'll regain all your HP if they don't try and kill you.
5. For summoner spells, my favorite is Flash and Teleport on Vladimir. Teleport is my favorite on many good laners, as it allows you to quickly get out of your lane, buy essential laning items (Hextech Revolver for example) and get back in before your opponent knows you're even gone. Getting your hextech ASAP will make it so that you're practically invincible in lane, and Teleport's there to make it so that you lost almost no XP or Gold. Feel free to swap it out with Ghost if you find yourself constantly in need of escape, but Flash is a must. Never take Revive, it's useless, Heal has too much cool down and you heal constantly with Transfuse so it's a bit overkill in the heal department. Not much other spells that you can really pick for Vlad. Clairvoyance is alright, if you know what you're doing and your team needs it, but I wouldn't pick it if I didn't have to.
tl;dr: Save sanguine pool for your most dire moments (such as to escape Karthus' ultimate), buy Hextech Revolver as soon as possible, be a complete troll with your invincibility in lane, always pick Flash.

This free week sucked.
They really should keep the free champions to be around 1350 - 3150 price, not 450s and 6300s.
Seeing horrible Vlads in my games just sucks, and really, new people shouldn't be put with characters that are considered "hard" by the difficulty ratings.
I know Riot's trying to give new people exciting characters to try out but it's very disappointing to see champions like Vladimir or Karthus in the free week.
Been stuck with Vladimirs that use their pool to farm, don't level Q first, harass with pool, and waste ults on single people.

Seeing horrible Vlads in my games just sucks, I had a ton of fun playing LeBlanc mid against free Vlad. It got to the point where the only barrier to just instantly killing him was if Sigil of Silence was on my Mimick. Just Mimicked SoS > Regular SoS > Distortion > Dead I had a hat and boots 1 by 14 minutes.

i now hate fighting udyr in bear form(tramatic experience)
though this was a fancy gank(IMO)
i see lee sin in the bush near the turret on top
i run up to slow then reckless swing him
he ults me INTO udyr in bear form which stunned me in front of an angry turret
i died not even 3 seconds later
