good ideas. Cant say I agree with borg evolution, too pokemon-ee and it can easily be exploited by experienced players, but I agree with the rest.
Among other things I'd like to see a shop where you can buy crystals and I'd adore custom clothing to put on your borgs too.
Oh, and items? Not so much. It could work fine but I'm the sort of player who would prefer to play without them, just like in smash brothers.

Something like that means there will be a lot of players who dont get an awesome thing.

what i really wanted to have in gf or want to have in gf 2 if it comes is... you all remember the starting scene, where kou finds g red and all his friends and gf partners are inviteted in this small sequence. that it is done in an "anime film design" gave it so much charme character and i loved gf for that.
if they would put small sequences like this one at important places of the storyboard, like when we see sho for the first time, would beamazing.

what do you think about this?

i'd like to see some more animated cutscenes as well. maybe this time they'd add some voice actors so we'd know what they sound like ;D

^Yup. I keep finding myself going to Google and searching for all results for Gotcha Force in the past 24 hours. Even though I know Capcom wouldn't announce a sequel less than a week after reprinting GF, I can't help myself ;D

I'm not wondering; it's going to happen.
The reprint sold out in less than 24 hours, if I'm not mistaken. Which means that that many people paid $60 for a GameCube game, or $80 for a GameCube game with a bunch of cool bonuses.
Which means Capcom just got some quantitative evidence directly to the face proving how much the people like Gotcha Force.
If they know how to run a business, they'll make a sequel.

New vampire borgs would be interesting. Although if the game isn't carefully balanced, they would either turn out to be extremely overpowered or extremely underpowered.

Needless to say, I really want to see what they're actually going to decide to do with the story. I mean, it'd be awesome to see new borgs and how the classics will be changed, but I think the story has so much more potential than was used. Question is whether they'll use that potential or not.

If the story doesn't feature G Black leading a resurrected Death Force complete with imperfectly reconstructed GE I will be disappointed.
But I posted in this very thread about that a looooong time ago.

Not sure how that would work, as them getting their weapons would make their original forms absolutely pathetic (Billy without guns? ) but giving them additional weapons would make no sense (Nao with ?? ), but that needs to be done.

Neo Nao is now vampire. Using the syringe on enemies now sucks their HP into the syringe.
