For those of you unschooled in silly fanfiction/TVTropes terminology, fanon is generally accepted facts about a piece of work that is not actually confirmed by the creators themselves.

Inspired by the topic about how Mega Borg was destroyed, I think it would be cool to try and plug some plot holes with fanon. So I'm here to ask a few opinions about so things that I always found interesting. Feel free to add your own questions and we'll come up with our own way of expanding Gotcha's limited story.

1. If the Galactic Emperor is a Gotcha Borg, why did he seek to commit genocide against his own kind and destroy his own planet?

2. How was Neo G Red's information stolen?

3. What was Mega Borg like prior to the Galactic Emperor's invasion?

4. How did Flame Ninja come to be the head of the assassination unit?

5. Why was there even an assassination unit to begin with?

6. Were there human inhabitants on Mega Borg? (It would seem so, due to the descriptions that Revolver and Powered Gunman and the Heroes have.)

7. What happened to Sho's father that caused the boy to have such an intense hatred for all Gotcha Borgs?

8. How did the rivalry between Time and Remote Bomber start?

9. Who was Elemental Knight's sword created to destroy? (My guess is either Ghost Knight or Dark Knight.)

10. Are Gotcha Borgs more machine or more human? (Conflicting here. Revolver and Powered Gunman say that they were built to defend against the Death Force while Kung-Fu Master was trained.)

11. What was the inter-planetary Mega Borg War?

12. Is the Galactic Emperor actually a non-borg? (Considering he creates the Death Borgs, attempts genocide against the borgs, and has converted former enemies to fight alongside him, I think it is a possibility.)

13. Is Beam Wing Red the criminal that Beam Wing Blue is trying to stop?

14. Why is Proto Eagle not an ancestor to his Machine counterpart like every other Proto?

15. If Mega Borg was ruined 3 times by the Anubis Force, just how strong was the Galactic Emperor when he destroyed it to the extent that many of the borgs fled to other planets?

I've got more, but I might as well stop at 15 for now.

These are my fan-theories:

1. If the Galactic Emperor is a Gotcha Borg, why did he seek to commit genocide against his own kind and destroy his own planet?
My own fan-theory is that GE was a Borg scientist with a great reputation, working on a way to make Borgs without the use of GE energy (which was diminishing), so he created the what is now known as Death Borgs, but since they were soul (GF energy)-less, they were deemed a failure by the rulers of Mega Borg.
His reputation ruined and being ridiculed at, he vowed revenge upon all and turned himself into what represented his intelligence the most: a brain.
Then he used his creations to start war.

2. How was Neo G Red's information stolen?
I believe G-Red was either a general, squad leader or a main fighter and thus a prime target for the opposing side.
At one point they got him and stripped him of his fighting data.

3. What was Mega Borg like prior to the Galactic Emperor's invasion?

I think Mega Borg was in a deteriorating state already, and GE lived on the planet as one of the inhabitants and were trying to solve the "crisis".

4. How did Flame Ninja come to be the head of the assassination unit?
Probably through excellent service.

5. Why was there even an assassination unit to begin with?
Just like here on earth, having organizations was probably not uncommon. This one was born out of war, I guess.

6. Were there human inhabitants on Mega Borg? (It would seem so, due to the descriptions that Revolver and Powered Gunman and the Heroes have.)
The "people" are most likely Borgs.

7. What happened to Sho's father that caused the boy to have such an intense hatred for all Gotcha Borgs?
I think he encountered a wave Borgs before the main stream Borgs arrived that the game portrays. Probably through misunderstandings and whatnot, he was killed or severely injured (possibly ending up in a coma or something) in a fighting that ensued. Or he accidentally became a victim by getting between two opposing Borg forces.

8. How did the rivalry between Time and Remote Bomber start?
Most likely old-fashioned rivalry between peers.

9. Who was Elemental Knight's sword created to destroy? (My guess is either Ghost Knight or Dark Knight.)
There were most like many legendary beings present during Mega Borg's history. It was most likely one of those.

10. Are Gotcha Borgs more machine or more human? (Conflicting here. Revolver and Powered Gunman say that they were built to defend against the Death Force while Kung-Fu Master was trained.)
Neither. They're their own sentient beings, that just happens to resemble what we call robots.

11. What was the inter-planetary Mega Borg War?
I think Mega Borg suffered from many wars.

12. Is the Galactic Emperor actually a non-borg? (Considering he creates the Death Borgs, attempts genocide against the borgs, and has converted former enemies to fight alongside him, I think it is a possibility.)

Most likely

14. Why is Proto Eagle not an ancestor to his Machine counterpart like every other Proto?
His description tells that he's just similar to Eagle Robot, and that they both might share a common ancestor.

15. If Mega Borg was ruined 3 times by the Anubis Force, just how strong was the Galactic Emperor when he destroyed it to the extent that many of the borgs fled to other planets?
I believe Mega Borg was already severely weakened, and GE manages to be the last straw.
