So... why is it that we have 101 members here who presumably all want Gotcha Force 2 and only 14 of us have voted?

Capcom seems to be having a game company version of a "nervous breakdown" They are making super fighting game turbo of all their popular games and are licensing Hello kitty street fighter toys.

Can't forget Inafune (Megaman creator) leaving and the subsequent decline of Megaman! D:

Then now is the time to act.
They killed their main franchise, and from what I've read they're running out of franchises.
They basically just have (Ultimate) Company vs. Capcom and (Super) Street Fighter (Turbo) (Alpha) (Arcade Edition) (HD Remix), based on what I've read all over their site's forums.
And the fans are catching on, too.
Their time is running out.
And so the time has come.
We must take their weakness and exploit it!
We must launch a full-scale assault on their forum's lack of Gotcha Force!
Clutter the forums!
Spam the staff!
Make it known to them that they have become mid-1980s SquareSoft, and Gotcha Force 2 shall be their Final Fantasy!
(Except they'll inevitably do something less cool that the mindless sheep of the gaming world will cause to sell like hot cakes as they thoughtlessly consume it and give Capcom billions of dollars for defecating in the form of a game, leaving us devoted fans of one of their greatest games out in the cold again... I would put them above Microsoft in my list of hated companies, but they made Gotcha Force, Mega Man 1-10, X-X8, and Legends 1-3. Oh, wait, make that 1-2. )
