Who wins? Rounds 5 and 6.

Alright. So last round, Chrono samurai owned Shogun. The final results are:
Shogun. 3 votes.
Chrono. 6 votes.
Tie. 1 vote.

This round we're doing two different fights at the same time. You get to vote twice up there. Make sure you do not vote twice in the same fight. (Unless you have no opinion, in that case just say so.)

The first matchup is Beam wing Red (BwR) vs Beam wing Blue (BwB). Both are flying borgs like jet hero. Their X flight does damage on contact with their enemy. The difference is Red has a quickly charging very weak beam for his charge B and Blue makes one of those bubbles that makes bullets move faster. I believe that Red has the advantage, due to having a attack that goes through walls and does ok damage.

For the next matchup we have Acceleration Ninja versus Tao Master. This is the first time i've done two borgs not of the same type and i'm fairly sad about it.

I honestly have no idea who would win. I'm thinking Tao cause his knifes are easy to use, but accel might move fast enough to dodge them. Though i also suck with accel sooo... yeah.

Who wins on a flat field and who wins on one with obstacles? Y'all decide. All borgs are being played at their absolute best.

(NOTE) Just in case you didn't get it up there. These are two seperate fights. No saying Beam wing Red/Blue will beat Tao/Accel or vice versa. it's Beam wing Red vs Blue and Tao vs Accel.

Maybe I just suck, but I don't believe I've ever been able to dodge Beam Wing Red's charge attack. It may be impossible. Or it's impossible at short range but easy at long range. Or you have to dash to dodge it. Either way, neither of them has particularly hard to dodge shots, so Beam Wing Red has an advantage because of his other attack.

I think Acceleration Ninja runs fast enough to not get hit by the knives/swords/whatever they are Tao Master throws as long as he doesn't run into them. Which he won't do if he runs straight at Tao Master and hits him. Which Tao Master can't stop, forcing him to jump. Then an absurdly well-played Acceleration Ninja could dash through him in midair. Maybe. If not, charge B. Either way, Acceleration Ninja probably wins.

I say Blue because, yes while his charge is a speed scope, the effects stack up to a point. So in theory, you can layer them and make shots that even cyber ninja would be hard pressed to dodge. But, i also feel that Blue moves and hits slightly better and I play melee style.

Accel because he's fast. He's like Sonic if he were a ninja. But, Tao could punch Accel in the face as he dashes in canceling it. However, unless Accel is just about to flinch, nothing will happen and thus Accel plows through him.

Speeding up shots is an amazing ability, but unfortunately that ability comes in those bubble scopes. Those bubbles that render Beam Wing Blue immobile when they come out. Those bubbles that disappear after a few shots go through. Yeah, those bubbles.

Blue is extremely vulnerable when he sets up a bubble. Against a range heavy borg (e.g. Beam Wing Red) Blue will get hit every time he sets up bubble. Since the bubble forms right in front of Blue, sometimes the enemy's shots will go through the bubble, meaning less sped up shots for Blue.

Trying to stack bubbles is even worse. Have fun trying to line up the shots to go through the bubbles, or even getting the bubbles in a line or in the same spot. I think it's possible to pull off stacking so many bubbles that your shots hit, but it takes time and you only get like 4 or 5 sped up shots before they disappear and you have to do it all over again. Blue ends up receiving damage way more than he deals it setting up his undodgable 4 shots.

But actually, we can scrap all this discussion about Blue. Take the G Buster, make it faster, and you have Red's Wing Beam. Red could win with this attack alone. Hide behind/under obstacles and spam Wing Beam on an obstacled stage. On a flat stage, with a bit of timing Red can use Wing Beam without getting hit, i.e. when Blue is out of ammo and when Blue uses the Accel Scope.

Red has the advantage on both types of stages.

I don't really any high level PvP experience with Tao or Accel, but I think Accel would win.

Accel can outrun the Tao Swords, can catch up to Tao Master, and can hit Tao before he gets a punch in. Tao Master is somewhat safer in the air, but even Accel's jumps and dashes hurt.

BWR, because of Wing Beam, as stated many times before.

If we were going for usefulness IN A TEAM, Blue would win, simply because, honestly Wing Beam sucks in comparison to other attacks, and if that's the only difference, and you think both charge moves suck, Blue is better, simply because he costs less.

I used to use BWB often on my Wing borg team.

as for A ninja vs Tao, I say Accel.

It's kinda obvious why, reasons above.

i don't believe i need to write out an essay this time ;D everyone seems to be thinking the same thing

but if i was beam wing red or blue, i wouldn't be using my charge attack. the wing beam is ridiculously easy to dodge, and the speed scope gives you lag. what it's now based on is who messes up and gets spammed to death. that's why i'd choose tie.

Chrono beat shogun? odd. (sounds like dialga and palkia) I don't always use beam wings but when i do its beam wing blue just to spam speed balls everwhere, then put a gattling gunner after him and SHAZZAM! INSTAGATTLEDEATH! Oh and Accel Ninja cause he kicks ass.

Now I love chrono samurai, he looks wicked awesome and slashes through time itself but shogun chrages faster, since they are the same speed I very highly doubt chrono could dodge it, it might take 1 and a half insta-rape slashes in a heated battle.

now they are the same either way
but that charge shot just will pull it for a win -with or without obstacles-

I went through an Acceleration Ninja phase and well it was a fun thing
but i noticed i was dying a whole lot more than i thought I was

I like the tao master I've BEAT CYBER NINJAS with it -to you know who lol-
the remote control things pull me a lot of wins -cyber girls are overpriced for theirs but i make it worth it-
I've been known -by my brother and my friend- to be notorious to somehow time the remote control things where THEY get YOU right as you're vulnerable
hence how I've beaten my friend as a cyber ninja -which he wasn't happy about lol-

well its actually really easy to dodge it, since samurai shogun has so much lag before he uses the Shogun slash

back on topic, im not sure if i would use their swords in a situation like this. it really isn't that hard to do so, since all you have to do is dash closer and closer to your opponent, and the beam shots cant really hit you.

well face to face i think Red Wing would win easy cause the Blue Wings charge attack is not gonna help his case compered to Red Wing which i 20% of G red.

well i think accel is gonna be to fast for tao and i like accel a lot. if you put Accel in the icbm bomb fight you do not know how fun that is.
