Actually no, Misty only left because her sisters had to leave the gym to go around the world for a modeling contract. Misty goes to run the gym and Ash goes and fries May's bike, and when they leave Ash decides to go and burn Dawn's bike to bits... it seems like a trend to me... Haha Modeling... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Yuri is what i hear

The first Pokemon series was the best. All the others just started to suck. It's all about the first 151 Pokemon in my opinion Yeah that's true. I miss Misty but they replaced her with May and Max but didn't replaced Brock. Then later on they made more new pokemon which isn't as good as the old original ones. Then this new series came out with this girl named Dawn/Hikaru/Hikari I don't know...and Ash sounds like a girl. Ok I'll say right now that Max was an unforgivable sin, but May was alright. Dawn is awesome, but I detest that Piplup of hers...but then, I was never a big Misty fan. Also Ash has been voiced by a girl since forever (at least in Japan. Rica Matsumoto is incredible). As for the original topic, I guess my first anime was Dragonball Z like many other kids of the generation, but I really just saw that as a WOWAWESOME fighting cartoon. The first anime that really gave me an appreciation for animation as an art form was Gundam Wing (of course, looking back now, I appreciate all the fine details of the Dragonball franchise and Toriyama's insane dedication to his work, and see Gundam Wing as pretty cheesy and overly melodramatic...d'oh) First subbed anime was...errrr...I have no idea, it was either Great Teacher Onizuka, Neon Genesis Evangelion, or Galaxy Express 999. Can't say which one came first, but I think it was GTO. As for first manga, I think it was Love Hina...or Chobits...or Peach Girl. I liked Love-Comedies back then, you see. But it didn't take long for me to discover my love for Shounen with Shaman King, Yu Yu Hakusho, and my to this day all-time favorite manga One Piece. Whew! Sorry for all the text, but maaaaaan am I passionate about anime and manga.

I am an Anime person yes but it isn't as simple as that. I do like anime and i'd like to watch anime every day but the sad truth is i lack the time to do so. Other then a few random episodes of Naruto about 2 months ago, the last real anime i watched was probably Outlaw Star. I watched that about 2 years ago, it was sometime before i started college so i must have been about 16.

Giratina and the Sky Warrior hit the US last month ;D It's possible the Platinum site's just slow on the uptake.
That was part two of the Arceus trilogy. Arceus: To a Conquering Spacetime comes out in Japan this July, and all we know is that the Dialga/Palkia/Giratina trio are gonna have a battle, and Arceus is gonna show up.

I thought Giratina & the sky warrior already came out Or I'm pretty sure it's already been shown on TV at least... Is there anywhere I can read Pokemon Special for Diamond & Pearl?

Not that I know of, sadly.
Chuang Yi should be finished with Emerald pretty soon, though, if they aren't already...I guess all we can do is be patient
*sigh*

I read some pokemon manga and also finished the whole Tales of Symphonia manga, of which I have the game and have finished it so no spoilers. I think this is my first manga

My first anime was probably either Dragonball, Pokemon or Yu-Gi-Oh (all of which I still watch to this day)
My first manga was either Dragonball or Yu-Gi-Oh.

I started watching Pokemon, but then Ash hit puberty or something and his voice screwed up, and the pokemon sounded like little kids, and so I just stuck to the games. Now I am watching Naruto, Code Geass, and I just finished Gundam 00.

^ I really liked the very first season. I think I still have every recorded episode somewhere around here.
However ever since the original characters started being replaced, this series plummeted.

Episode 1, 2, 40, 23 like that. Its usually because my mates are watching it and so im just there.

My first anime was probley a tie between Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z, Gundam Wing, Digimon, and maybe Shaman King and Yu-Gi-Oh!
I think I watched the last two animes later on in life.
I remember my first manga to be a Shonen Jump. It was near when Dragon Ball Z was taken out of the magazine.
