What is Nekobe trying to say there? Is it you shirts,shrimps, or jerks have gone too far? I always try to use Nekobe as much as possible just to hear that.

It is most likely jerks. I think. maybe. I wouldnt trust me if I were you.

I've always heard it as "You sure has/have gone too far", but I'm certain he's saying a remark, like jerk or something.

I am fairly certain that he is saying "You jerks have gone too far."
However I am mainly drawing that conclusion based on the emphasis he puts on the words around it.
