^ I will remember that. Weird request for a birthday song. The request is coming from the self-proclaimed (just now) resident metalhead of GFF. That's actually about as not weird as it gets. ;D

Just beat Kirby's Return to Dreamland, and it has some pretty awesome music. Here are some of my favorites.
Here is a beutiful remix of Grape Garden. Too bad in the levels this plays in, everything is trying to kill you.
Damn it, boss battle music shouldn't be this catchy!
No the Halberd isn't in this game. But that doesn't mean we can't get a great remix.
This final boss music is pretty good, but nothing too memorable unlike....
THIS! Seriously. This music is practically godly. Not to mention the final boss you fight is one of the greatest battles in Kirby history IMO.
And for last let's have something badass.

Gustav Holst's planet suite.
Not all of it. Some of it is kinda dull. BUT.
Mars, the bringer of war:
Jupiter, the bringer of Jollity. (Fast forward to about the 2:50 mark. Probably the most beautiful melody in existence.)

I'm getting so excited for this. Did you know the chanting: A) Is a made up language for the game that rhymes in the song. B) Is the language of Dragons. C) When translated into english, makes perfect sense AND RHYMES PERFECTLY!
Wow, just wow.

Reason battle, Nocturne.
This is the song that plays when your rejecting and crushing your friend's ideals.
... I may have just found my favorite VGM ever. And I never thought it would be a remix of an originally meh song.
The actual artist, Souji (Wish I knew his second name) remixed his own songs from the games and released them as an album.
If you've never played persona 4, you have absolutely no idea how much this song represents. No idea. Even if you haven't, you have to agree its wicked.

I almost hate to admit it, but I do not hate Breathe Carolina.
I'd never in my right mind go out of my way to listen to them (aside from earlier today when I for some reason decided to listen to this song and some other one that wasn't as good), but I can tolerate - hell, I might go so far as to say I can enjoy (to a VERY limited extent) their music.

From Monster Hunter. Last night, me and my friend finally faced off against the divine dragon of wind and water, the final hunt. Amatsumagatsuchi. -Amatsu -magat -suchi
The Monster Hunter series has always meant a lot more to me than just fighting monsters... It's always been an adventure hunting with and making new friends... Well, excuse my cornyness. Basically, there's three songs to the fight. SPOILERS: I'm going to explain the battle a bit, so if you ever plan to play MHP3, just ignore the text.
You start in a camp near the top of a mountain, strong wind and heavy rain, dark skies and lots of thunder. You climb up, and Amatsu is waiting at the other side of the flat mountaintop, there's some ship debris and other things thrown around. You face each other, and it's time to engage in battle with this divine dragon in the midst of this hurricane weather.
Amatsu has been pretty calm thus far... But it's starting to not like you. It decides to go all out... Its eyes turn red as it lets out an aggravated roar, and the world around you darkens, the weather intensifies even more. Amatsu is now moving much faster and is more aggressive, with wind trailing around its body. The real hunt has just now begun! Time to see if you're a true hunter!
In a long, epic struggle, you strike once more at Amatsu, and it lets out one last roar towards the skies as it tumbles before you. The sky is lightening back up, no more thunder, no more rain, no more wind... Just a beautiful mountain view. You're a true hunter!

This song has been stuck in my head for a month. Super Junior: Mr Simple
Is it weird that I like listening to this stuff while playing Gotcha Force?

I think Blaz Blue has my favorite OST soundtrack ever. Every theme is pretty much ecstatic.
I want Continuum shift extended so bad, Relius looks disturbingly awesome.
