Custom Robo Dimensions

This takes place after Custom Robo Arena, and in the perspective of the main character (who I named Alex), who is a member of the IPC.

Introduction

Hello readers, my name is Alex Geary, world champion Custom Robo Commander, and an officer of the International Police Corps (IPC for short). I remembered like it was yesteday when I took on the Grudge Match, like former world champion and fellow IPC officer Eddy Trainer did before me. There was also a doppleganger who challenged me, and using an illegal Robo. It turned out that he was a holographic Robo Commander created by Prof. Robo when experimenting with Holosseum technology, and the holographic Commander accessed a computer and downloaded all the Commander data in the world. Most of all, that holo-Commander was interested in my data, and assumed a form resembling a dark version of me, even using the powerful illegal Shining Fighter Ray II Dark! The first time I defeated him, he gave me the illegal Sassy Stunner Majel, its Indigo parts, and The Mark of The Dark Commander, which acted as a pass to the underground, where one would fight criminal Commanders and even buy and utilize illegal Custom Robos and parts! The second time I defeated that guy, he gave me his Ray II Dark and its default parts before fading away into thin air...
I've been assigned a mission as part of a security detail for a mad genius who's been experimenting with a dimensional transport device, and little do I know that the adventure will truly begin!

Chapter 1: The Mission at Hand

I was in the briefing room alongside my officers, and Eddy as well. Our assignment: to be the security detail for a mad researcher who's been delving in the development of dimensional transport technology. Apparently, a rival researcher is found to be conspiring to steal the transporter to take credit for the invention, and has hired some criminal commanders to help him in his greedy plans. That's what the intel reported, anyways. According to intel, because he knows that someone's bound to find out, he and his thugs set up a lair in the forest on Encephalon Island, where the device is in the prototype stage, and the mad researcher also got funding for the device from Lambda Ltd., the original creators of the Ray series. Encephalon Island is where I defeated Eddy in the Robo Cup, and also foiled the scheme of the evil criminal organization Greybaum, who wanted to take over the world using a super-powered illegal Robo, Hadron.

At 6:30 AM, we've set off for Encephalon Island to do our mission. We've arrived at the island at 8:00 AM and went to the NeoBrain facility where that mad researcher was working on a weird-looking portal-like device. He noticed us and greets with eccentric glee, "We-he-he-hell, if it ain't the security detail from the IPC, come to protect me from my rival who wants to take credit for my glorious device!" Almost immediately, an explosion rocked the facility, and in came a man in a white coat. Accompanying him are six criminal commanders, and to my surprise, one of them happened to be Ogre Bullock AKA Cleaver, from Greybaum, with that distinctive scar on his face! "Well, look what we have here, it's Cleaver from Greybaum!", I chuckled bitterly, remembering the incident, "Guess that guy busted you out, huh?" Cleaver chuckled, "You betcha he did, Geary! He also promised me a million joke cups if I helped him!" "Figures", I scoffed, because Cleaver likes to read jokes from those little joke cups. "I'll take Cleaver, you guys take the other criminals, Eddy take that madman!", I suggested. As the other officers fought off the criminals and Eddy robo-battling the rival researcher, I then mixed it up with Cleaver and his illegal Metal Grappler Violent Boar. If I remembered correctly, any weapon parts equipped on that Robo has their attack power increased dramatically. Of course, Cleaver's Violent Boar came with its default Cleaver set of illegal parts. I used my beloved Ray Mk. III with Meteor Storm Gun, Reflection Pod, Geo Trap Bomb, and Plus One Legs.

After 30 gruelling minutes in the Holosseum, I defeated Cleaver, and he started to stumble backwards towards a control console connected to the device (he got dizzy from using that full-blown illegal Robo), and accidentally pushed a big red button. The device then started to roar to life as its creator cried out, "That foolish criminal has gotten my device activated prematurely, and it wasn't ready yet! We're all going to DIE!!" The moment I defeated Cleaver, my fellow officers defeated the other thugs as well as the researcher's evil rival. I then started to get sucked in as I struggled to keep from getting sent to another world. Eddy then came foward to get me the heck outta there, but unfortunately, we both got sucked in, but not before the researcher tossing us each a communicator and some sort of beacon. Everything started going all white....

When Eddy and Alex disappeared into the portal and it turned off, the other officers then came and handcuffed Cleaver, and the other baddies, as Kris and the Chief of the IPC came on the scene. They all started hoping that Eddy and Alex will be safe whereever they may be in the moment, while the baddies get dragged off to a police boat.

Chapter 2A: A New World Part 1

Eddy and I were unconscious for what seemed to be hours, and then feeling came back to our bodies, and we woke up in a hospital of some kind. It was different then most we've ever seen back home, and there wasn't any medical Custom Robos in sight and our right arms were hooked up into IVs. I spoke to Eddy, "Say Eddy, I think we're in an alternate reality that's not as advanced as ours. What the heck have we gotten ourselves into?". Eddy replies, "I don't know, but we do know that we have to somehow find a way back home, but for the time being, we'll have to recover in this hospital and then take a look around this new reality." Then a nurse shows up and happily says to us, "Good, you're awake, we thought you'd be knocked out a bit longer. I'll get you some food and introduce you to the ninjas who found you unconscious." Eddy narrows his eyes a bit and asks the nurse, "Excuse me nurse, did you say ninjas?". The nurse replies, "Yes, ninjas. As a matter of fact, you're in the hospital in Konoha, the Village Hidden in The Leaves, in Fire Country, a ninja military village." That is me and Eddy then realize that we're definately in for it!

A couple of minutes later, the nurse came in with some food, reminiscent of that prepared in Japan. Naturally, we helped ourselves. After a moment or two, four people, came into our room. Three kids and one adult. The adult has weird silvery hair and has part of a headband with a metal plate with a leaf-like symbol carved onto it cover his left eye (perhaps he's had a terrible accident), and he's also wearing a green vest. Now for the youths with him. Two boys and one girl. The girl has green eyes, a red dress, pink hair (I think she dyed it that way, I dunno), and the same kind of headband as the adult's, but hers is around her neck. One of the boys has raven black hair, black eyes, a blue shirt, white shorts, and sure enough, headband. The guy also had an arrogant look to his narrowed eyes. The other boy has spiky blonde hair, baby blue eyes, whisker-like marks on his cheeks, an eager yet mischievous smirk, another one of those headbands, and some sort of orange jumpsuit. "Hello.", I started, "Are you the ninjas who found us knocked out?". The blonde answered rather loudly, "You betcha we did, believe it!". "Naruto, lower your voice!", said the pink-haired one to the blonde identified as Naruto as she gave him a good smack to the head. "Idiot.", muttered the black-haired one.

"Sorry about my students, young man, this always happens whenever Naruto gets a bit loud or says something rather stupid. Anyways, my name is Kakashi Hatake, a jounin of the Hidden Leaf Village.", the silver-haired man now identified as Kakashi introduced, "And these are my students. Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, and last but not least Sasuke Uchiha."
I figured we should introduce ourselves as well. "My name is Alex Geary of the International Police Corps., and this is my fellow officer, Eddy Trainer", I introduced. Now that's where the adventure truly begins!

Chapter 2B: A New World Part 2

"International Police Corps? What exactly is that?", asked Kakashi inquisitively. Eddy then answers, "It's an international law enforcement organization where me and Alex come from, dealing with all sorts of criminals in different parts of the world, especially those who use Custom Robos for malicious purposes." Naruto gets a curious look on his face and asks, "Custom Robos? What are those?". I smiled, and explained to the four ninjas about the Custom Robos, the parts, how they work, the battles, the dangers of illegal parts, and even the Robo Cup! "Wow, wouldn't you guys believe it? Little machines that you can control with your mind! I'd bet I could beat whoever's the Robo Cup champion with my mad ninja skills", said Naruto eagerly.

"Just so you know, Naruto, I'M this year's champion, and Eddy here was the champion the year before!", I said to Naruto, "And even with all your training, you'll have a hard time trying to beat me and my Ray Mk. III in a Robo battle!". "Yeah, Naruto, you might lose quickly to this guy, or even Sasuke-kun!", said Sakura rather arrogantly and dreamily when she mentioned Sasuke's name. "Hey, don't you think you're getting ahead of yourself, Ms. Haruno?", I asked Sakura, "Especially with your little crush?". "Hnn, I have to agree with officer Geary, that kind of behavior makes for lousy teamwork! Perhaps even a lousy commandress", Eddy points out, with Sakura starting to pout indignantly (she HAd to be a fangirl, and fangirls are annoying). We all (except Sasuke) laughed light-heartedly. Kakashi then tells us how their world works, with the ninjas, missions, chakra, ninja techniques, ninja ranks, everything, just to be fair since we told him and his students about Custom Robos and such.

After a while, we were released from the hospital (after getting our stuff), and we were taken on a tour of the village, and Naruto had us go to this little ramen shop with some really delicious ramen. On the way there, we also noticed most of the villagers giving us weird looks, and Naruto hateful-looking glares. Me and Eddy started asking ourselves questions. Why were the villagers looking at us like that? What's with the hateful looks they're giving Naruto? What could Naruto have ever done to them? We also noted the ramen shop's owner and his daughter having known Naruto for a while.

Chapter 3: Enter Team 8!

Team 7 (consisting of Kakashi, and his students) led us to a training area in the village after eating lunch at the ramen shop. "Eddy and I are going to do the first Custom Robo battle you've ever seen, and do watch and learn as we try and kick each other's ass!", I said eagerly as the former champion and I pulled out our Robo Cubes. "Hey, watch your mouth, Alex, there are children present!", scolded Eddy to me. I apologized to Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke that they heard me say the a-word. The portable Holosseum is set up, and me and Eddy both dived into our Robos. I dived into my Ray Mk. III and Eddy dived into his beloved Mistral, thus the battle begins! Little did we know that someone else asides from Team 7 is watching us.

25 minutes into the battle, Eddy's Mistral took on a familiar golden-colored glow; Soulboost! I activated Soulboost in response. Boy were Team 7 surprised when they saw us activate Soulboost! After a moment or two, down went Eddy! After the battle ended, the portable Holosseum folds up, our Robos go back to Cube form, and we see Kakashi slowly clapping at us for the show. "I gotta admit, that was impressive, and that thing where you and officer Trainer made your Robos glow golden and become more powerful, just what was that?", says Kakashi. Before we could say ANYTHING, we also hear a new voice belonging to a woman says, "We'd like to know, too". We turned around fast to see a woman (obviously another ninja instructor, judging from the Konoha headband) with her students. The woman has rather messy black hair and strange reddish eyes and a red dress with white parts that have what appear to be tiger stripes. Then, there's her apprentices. One of them is a girl with midnight bluish/violet hair, a Konoha headband around her neck, and most unusual of all, white-colored eyes with NO visible pupils whatso ever, but she has a shy look to them. The next one is a boy wearing a grey jacket with black fuzzy lining with the hood, and he has brown hair, a cocky look on his face, and a puppy accompanying him. The last one looks kinda suspicious, but not like a criminal. He's got black hair, wears sunglasses, and doesn't appear to speak too much. I also could've sworn I've seen a little bug or two crawling on his hand. Creepy. "Ah, Kurenai, fancy meeting you here", greeted Kakashi to the woman identified as Kurenai. "Alex, Eddy, this is Team 8, consisting of Kurenai, and her students, Hinata Hyuuga, Kiba Inuzuka with his dog Akamaru, and Shino Aburame. Team 8, these are officers Alex Geary and Eddy Trainer of the International Police Corps.", Kakashi introduced. For a while we, Team 7, and Team 8 talked, and we even talked about Soulboost, and we noticed Sasuke listening quite intently and when we were explaining it. I also noted Hinata to be shy around Naruto, meaning only one thing: a crush!
Also, Kakashi told us about Kurenai's mastery of Genjutsu, the illusionary arts, Hinata's prestigious family the Hyuuga clan, the Aburame clan's expertise with insects, the Inuzuka's bond with their ninja dogs and all that.

All and all, this has been one of those days in an alternate reality with no Custom Robos in it.

Chapter 4: Meet the Hokage

It was getting late, and we needed a place to stay until we can find our way back to our world. So, we decided to meet with a "Lord Hokage", who is apparently the village's leader, for living arrangements. On the way to his mansion, Kakashi-san told us about how twelve years ago, the Forth Hokage died protecting this village from this nine-tailed demon fox, and the Third Hokage had to come out of retirement to lead the village once again. The thing where the Third had to come out of retirement makes sense enough, but something's fishy about that story of the nine-tailed demon fox, and the Forth Hokage who died killing it. When we arrived at the entrance, Eddy and I were amazed by how large it is, though not as large as the skyscrapers back home. Also at the entrance, there were two ANBU Black Ops members guarding the door. It would make sense, since the Hokage is the leader of the village, and there would have to be elite ninjas guarding every inch of the place. Naruto also whispered to me that the Third Hokage is secretively a pervert. Wouldn't you believe it? I thought he'd have more dignity than that, being the village's war chief and all. But anyways, we arrived at the door to the Hokage's office.

Kakashi knocks on the door, to which an elderly voice replied, "Come in." We then walked into the Hokage's office, which has a pretty good view of the village, as well as the Hokage Monument, a mountain on which the faces of the Hokages were carved. Reminds me of Mt. Rushmore in the United States of America. Anyways, there is also a desk, sitting behind which is Lord Hokage himself. Next to his desk is an unusually large amount of signed paperwork. Judging from the wrinkled skin and liver spots, he must be the Third Hokage who had to come out of retirement when his successor died.

"Welcome Team 7. I see you've brought the strangers you've found unconscious here.", started the elderly village leader before turning to us, "Greetings. My name is Hiruzen Sarutobi, and as you may notice, I am the leader of the Village Hidden in the Leaves." Since old Hiruzen introduced himself, we introduced ourselves as well.

"So, what brings you fellows here?", asks Lord Hokage. I replied, "Lord Hokage, we've come here to discuss living arrangements for me and my partner, Eddy here." After a several minutes of deliberation, the Hokage decided that he will let me stay with Naruto, and from what I understand, teach him how to clean up his apartment. Eddy, on the other hand, is staying with Sasuke, much to Sakura's anger, as she then started complaining, and loudly. I covered my ears (along with everyone else) and got annoyed with Sakura's loud yelling, so I yelled at her, "Shut up! You're such a loudmouth! Staying with some guy at a messy apartment may seem like a bad thing, but the way you loudly complained about how Eddy is staying with Sasuke is a lot worse! It's really annoying how loudly you yell!". Everyone (especially Sasuke), was surprised at my sudden outburst. I sweatdropped and quickly apologized to the Hokage for being disruptive. "There is no problem, Mr. Geary, but hearing Ms. Haruno yell is a bigger headache than having to write my signature on so many sheets of paperwork.", replied the Hokage frankly. "I heard that, Lord Hokage!", growled Sakura indignantly. Naruto praised, "Wow! You actually managed to get Sakura to shut up!"

I wonder how messy Naruto's apartment might be when I get there with him. As for Sakura, ugh! Annoying! Her being a fangirl for Sasuke is bad enough, but for her to yell so loudly, it's worse! She must have some powerful lungs! Anyways, it was sunset, and we went our separate ways.
