Using Titan Tanks beam javelins, I can defeat him with this single borg in about 2 minutes because it does damage the further the javelins travel. As the GE is so deep it gets 999 hit combos (the max) and takes him down so quick.
Can anyone think of a borg better than that?

Drill Robot.
It does the same thing, but it is able to launch it projectiles faster.
Also, Blue Striker.
Blue Striker and either Titan Tank or Drill Robot on a team will be enough.
Blue Striker and the speed to dodge everything the GE can throw at him until you get past the giant ice chunks and he has homing abilities that let him dodge, fly in circles around the GE and still get hits in. You don't need to be facing the GE to hit him with your charge shot or missiles. There is no better lead into that mission that Blue Striker.
It is up to you wether to use the power up when you get it with him.
I always save it for the Drill Robot I have up next.

Sirius, Flame/Blizzard/Plasma Dragon & Metal Hero are all great single Borgs to deal with G.E.
Ultimate Cannon can cause some serious damage too.

Having used it and it alone against the Emperor in my speed-run, I'd have to say Cosmic Dragon.
Abuse the breath attack, get a power boost, use it, put a black hole in him, continue abusing breath attacks, get a power boost, rinse and repeat until he dies.
It worked for me in a few minutes!

i'm surprised no one has said samurai shogun yet. he and drill robot are probably the best, since they're so cheap, and both can kill GE without dying.
good for speed runs, no?

I find that Samurai Shogun is too slow when compared to the other sure fire super win borgs on this thread. Samurai Shogun does great in a speed run, but Drill Robot, not so much. |

wow, I've tried all those but for me the easiest was normal Neo G-Red. I just got up to the top of his head and then...
1) B combo and fall to Emperor wing.
2) X attack with B Charge.
3) after passing through Emperor blast and continue with combo
2nd phase with no crystal barrier
1) same thing as original except jump when there is no Ice Bullet in the way.
Took car of Emperor in 5 minutes without getting hit once. Those towers on him have the worst aim since storm troopers.

I've found that the easiest fight against Galactic Emperor is with Death Saucer. Its beams, like Drill Robot's drills, go strait through GE's shield, but at the higher levels with Death Saucer there's no need to even pretend to dodge as it soaks up the damage from GE quite easily.

A Beam Satellite would probably be good.
Proto Titan is also a good substitute for Titan Tank if you feel you have to use a Machine Borg.

i agree with gx1000
Because when I use the Death Saucer level 10 i can kill the Galactic Emperor with just him and be left with about 500HP or less.
what i do is i only use the B attack and i practically don't run out of bullets / shots. this is what i do. i take out the lower turrets so that i and so that i take less damage allies can climb aboard then go straight for the Emperor and celebrate. i have attempted to go and fight with just a Death Saucer and nothing else and i win when i don't be cocky and use the X attack to do a sort of celebrating dance. while i am on the topic i have not seen a gold Death Saucer.

but i am still sticking with the fact that dragons have to much in common with Cristiano Ronaldo. expensive to run the weaker halve hits the ground with just a tap but powerful

I wish you could kill a G.E. with an Ultimate Cannon. It was the first thing I tried when I got one, but sadly my laser wasn't enough :<
I might be doing something wrong tho lol.
