Personally, I think the music is ok. The music isn't annoying but not awesome either.

I like some of the music (Decisive Conflict & We've Been Watching You, mainly) but I don't think the soundtrack is really above and beyond  |

The music is pretty good.
I do have to give it massive props for only getting mildly really annoying after listening to them for soooo long because I have played the game sooooooo much.

I also like "Secret" a lot.
I had plans to make a Mana slide-show to this music, but in the end, I never bothered.

It gets grating sort of quickly because it's so Japanese and hyperactive and boisterous. But the tunes are quite nice. Be much better if the map screen and force editor had less upbeat music.

I also really like Galactic Proportions, Galactic Emperor (i think i said that wrong, oh wells). haha... We Are Gotcha Force..... "go-go-go-gotchaaa fooooorsu daaaaaa....!" love that crazy japanese guy. ;D the upbeat music is a really nice memory of my childhood, because it was so HAPPY. of course it never really was fitting as battle music, but hey, it sounds GOOD. |

I bought the game partly for the music. I do that a lot. Stupid soundtracks being so damn good.
See: the Sonic the Hedgehog series (or at least all the ones with good music i.e. Sonic 1, Sonic 2, Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic Adventure 1 and Sonic Adventure 2)
